We had an issue with our lock the first day. It was handled quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood was great. We were a few blocks from two Métro stops and there were several cafés/ restaurants close by. Wifi worked well.

I’m really enjoying my stay at this apartment. It is exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. Almost everything you could possibly need is available—even small details like cotton swabs in the bathroom, which I really appreciate. The air conditioning works perfectly, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the large refrigerator is very convenient. The apartment is comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to feel at home. The only downside is the traffic noise. The bedrooms face a busy road, and cars can be heard very clearly, especially at night. The sound insulation could be improved, as it sometimes feels like the traffic is just outside the room, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Other than that, everything has been excellent, and I’m very happy with my stay.

Blueground offers beautiful apartments, and we chose to stay in one in Lisbon, Portugal. Overall, everything went smooth, and we really liked our apartment of 3 months. We feel like the prices were a bit too high for the value, but we understand it's for having everything sorted for us. We found the communication to be a bit too minimal—we struggled a lot with our initial check-in due to unable to locate the correct key lockpad as there was not enough info on which one holds our keys. Once we reached out to customer services, they've been always helpful, just wish we didn't have to take this extra step ourselves given how much we paid for our stay.

My 2 years stay with blueground in Basel was really great, the appartment was very good, did not have major problems. And the customer service Team is really an excellent one. They were always providing solutions every time I had a problem. They always listening and have a very good way of communicating. Honestly If I had to rate them, I will give a 10/10

Blueground was just amazing, we stayed in our apartment in Vienna for around 10 months. No issues whatsoever, if there were small things like we had (toilet seat broken for example) they fixed immediately. Customer service, top notch. Highly highly recommend.

2nd year in a row with Blueground, San Francisco and Burlingame in particular. Booking is straight forward no hassle requirements. Yes, they might be a little pricier than your typical airbnb, BUT, you get what you pay for. That being said, unit is spotless, appliances are in excellent condition, full kitchen and kitchenware, dinner ware, towels, complete down to sponges and paper towels. Communication is responsive, usually within the day, a day at most whether it be thru email or their app. Refuse to book with anyone else for short or long term stays and will book again if the need arises. Highly recommended experience in the Bay Area!Thank you Blueground!
