What people say

It’s a pay to apply job site

It’s a pay to apply job site. Total scam site. They charge extra for their Apply4ME feature which I found out they are not actually sending my personal information. It says the applicant is using the automated application fill in feature, contact applicant for more info. I never received one single call for an interview. I’m a professional with two master degrees and 16 years experience! Also, they have a resume service which is also a rip off. Top Resume is affiliated with Ladders, I signed up and a month later they had not even assigned me to a writer. When I tried to cancel they tried to refuse to cancel. Had to get my bank involved. The 4 star reviews here are suspicious, notice most encourage you to sign up for premium?

Charlyne Aban is fantastic at her job!

Charlyne was responsive, professional and very knowledgeable! I did not expect her to know or understand the industry (medical device regulatory affairs) I was trying to access, but she understood immediately my issue, found a solution which she relayed to me in a manner easy to follow and she sent me a list of jobs to consider. Thank you so much, Charlyne, for the very positive experience with customer support and with Ladders!

RED FLAG: This site has scam written all over it.

This site has scam written all over it. It's a pay-to-apply job board. I seriously doubt many if any of these are exclusive listings that can be found on other job boards. I came across their site when trying to apply to a job on another job board. It immediately tried to convince me to sign up for a subscription (up to $300 per year) which I dismissed to look further into the site to assess it's authenticity. All jobs applications require a subscription. I immediately tried to cancel my account but this functionality is not working on their site so I expect to be spammed for life now. I came here to see other reviews of their job site and see lots of positive one, but they are all a little suspect talking about individuals and vague questions: nothing about jobs. Additionally, they all only ever wrote one review for this one company: a massive RED FLAG!

How are they still in business

They will continue to bill your credit card after you cancel, they spam your inbox when you unsubscribe and the product/service is a complete rip-off. There is nothing they do that provides any value you couldn't do for free on LinkedIn, indeed, Ziprecruter etc. Just look at what their former customers and employees are saying on Glassdoor, reddit etc. They had employees post fake reviews at the behest of senior leadership stay far away
