Trailer tire blowout.
I had a trailer tire blowout on the New York State Thruway on my way to the Adirondacks for vacation. I did have a spare to put on but it was a temporary "donut" spare. The only good way to resolve this was to order a replacement tire and wheel from tire rack. They had exactly what I needed. It was shipped promptly and delivered up into the Adirondack wilderness with no issues.

Horrible company
Every order I’ve placed with this company has been a hassle. Their shipping is slow with inaccurate tracking and my tires have showed up damaged multiple times.
