Just seems impossible to get anyone to respond to my requests for a return phone call. I have sent every bit of information they requested. Same auto generated response “need more” info. WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED?!?!? Quit playing games and deny the warranty……, unbelievable!! Not very customer friendly Pitifully sad!

Tires were delivered in timely manner. Actually came a day earlier than what the tracking app said. Tires were packaged professionally and delivered in mint condition. Tires/wheel package were balanced properly and came with everything needed to install immediately. I highly recommend.

I have purchased tires from tire rack at least 6 times and I have had nothing but the best experience with them! Their website is easy to navigate and find tires I’m looking for (and even better ones I wasn’t aware of!) the shipping is fast and easy and now I’m having them delivered to a local affiliated tire shop to make it even easier. Easy to order. Explained everything easy to look for the tires I was looking for. I wish I knew I could have got rims to them I ended up ordering rims from another company because I didn't know they had rims or it's just me and I overlooked it I would order from them again

Great quick shipment. Would love it if the MSW Type 71 rims center cap were compatible with the BMWs with out adjustment to clips or having to get decals. Install might remind them to let customer know if they did the sensors too. Continental tire 225 40 ZR19 93Y seems like a good one.

tires unfortunately are shipped as just tires without any packaging to protect them. It seems as the weather gets warmer FEDEX leaves their delivery door open on their trucks (for a lack of air conditioning) and all packages get covered in a thick layer of gritty dust and grime. One should not have to wash new tires inside and out just to be able to install them. TireRack should consider some sort of packaging or change to a better carrier.
