Good price, products but support is hard to get!
Their site has a good price i ordered a drone but their support is terrible they never reply, their LIVE chat is always offline. i feel kinda lost Order Number: BA17E31V2238-GY3PPE show as dispatched but they didn't emailed the Tracking number and it show blank aswell in my order details. i think this site should recrut more people into support to make it better cause alot of customer complaint on that they never get any reply. Edit 1: finally got the tracking number, i will update this review once i get the item.

Extremely late shipping
I have shopped many times with Tomtop but my latest was the worse. I paid for 6 day expedited shipping and the item took over a month to arrive. I attempted several times to cancel the order when I noticed that after 10 days they still had not shipped from the plant yet but none of my emails were answered

bad service
I must say I am very unhappy with Tomtop's service: - They sent me a defective product (Docooler M9S Android TV box). Apparently, they did not even test it before sending it to me. - It took them a long time to answer my inquiry (11 days). - They want me to send them back the defective product at my expense. This is unacceptable, since the problem was caused by their poor quality control, not by me. Update May 31, 2017 (To Tomtop): Below is my order number. All the data that you need to contact me is linked to this number. Please stop the excuses and fix the problem caused by your poor service. Order No.: AN17D25W2230-MK09ID Order date: 2017-04-25 11:22:30 Update June 29, 2017: After having promised me that they would refund me half of the value (which was already insufficient, but anyways...) they stopped answering my e-mails and never payed anything. This company is a shame. I will never buy anything from them again. Update July 10, 2017: I finally received half of the value on my credit card. Finally one sign of integrity from them. As such I increased my original rating (1) to (2).

Customer service unable to help OR refuses to help.
Shipping too 2x as long as expected. Customer service was impossible to deal with as all they kept telling me was the routing # and not helping with any Qs. One of 2 items purchased was a VERY LOW quality and made incorrectly to hold the AAA batteries it needs. Customer Service just told me to "use AAA batteries" and had no reply whatsoever about the issue.

Ordered a waterproof mp3 player
Ordered a waterproof mp3 player, which is so far from waterproof. I swam 50 meters and then it turned of. It did that several times, which indicates that everytime the water got in, it simply turned off. Also I have no mail regarding the order so I have no order number to contact the company with. I guess it is clever to not use that when they sell stuff that doesn´t work. Now I can just sit here and do nothing about it... Delivery was okay fast though, but wouldn´t recommend to buy anything from them...

Hi , pls consult your local post office and local custom for the updated news about your order . Your order may arrived at your local post office ,waiting for addressee to picking it up , or got hold by the custom waiting for the addressee to assist in clearing custom .
Missing part from my 7" GPS order and not happy
I ordered an 7" GPS from Tomtop with a missing part. I contacted your company through email since there is no provided phone number. I got response back from your representative asking to send the picture of all parts in the box and identified the missing part. I did that but received no more message from your company. I decided to give up on this effort and will not buy anything more from your company. Unhappy Customer
