They were always willing to answer all of our questions, no matter how big or small. We had a great experience throughout the process and would highly recommend them.

I can’t thank this team enough for everything they did to help me secure my mortgage and finally get into my new home.
Emma, Alice and Aaron were all incredibly helpful throughout the process, always keeping things moving and being available whenever I had questions. The whole team made what can be a complicated process feel much more manageable.
I’d especially like to thank Nick. Not only did he support me in getting my mortgage in place, but after a very stressful journey with my solicitors he was there every step of the way — both proactively and emotionally. He kept pushing things forward, regularly checking in, and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to help get my case over the line.
Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Nick’s support, reassurance and determination made a huge difference. We genuinely wouldn’t be in our new home without his help.
Thank you all again for the incredible support — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
I had a positive experience working with TORC24. Stuart promptly gave all the info needed and helped us for a smooth experience, he also helped us to review the interest rates on our own which was helpful. There were some instances where I had to chase 2-3 times to get some basic info which is why I gave 4 stars, apart from that the overall experience has been fairly positive and I would recommend Stuart/TORC24 to my friends.
Our experience with Torc24 has been seamless, despite a very quick turn around. From our first conversation to secure our agreement in principle, to submitting our application and then onto ultimately securing our mortgage offer has taken as little as 4 weeks and we are due to be moving into our property next week!
As first time buyers, this process has been the complete unknown for us and in some parts stressful and frustrating, but we can not fault the guidance and support we have received from Torc24 - particularly Aaron Barnes and Emma Vince.
Aaron, senior mortgage and protection advisor, guided us through the mortgage application and submission. He was informative, clear and put us at ease immediately.
Emma, partner mortgage progressor, was everything we needed her to be once the mortgage had been submitted - she was frequent with updates, would chase the lender to ensure we stayed on track with a tight time frame and was always happy to answer any questions or worries we had.
