I have written several reviews on this company. They comment and say they will investigate but never do. If your policy is less than 2 years old it is a their discretion to pay. My uncles new policy went into effect the day before he died. They refused to pay even though the policy effective date was before he passed and he passed of natural causes. This is a horrible company and a waste of money. They will not pay and leave you lost in your time of need. The lady I tried to file my claim with was rude and refused to even file the claim. She immediately told me I would only receive my premium back. Even though my claim was valid it didn't matter. Do not use this company you will regret it
