2000% price increase on auto-renew (£200 to £4000) with one email and no opt-in. Unethical and I'm pretty sure illegal.

Illegally bump my 300/mo plan to 4000/mo without my consent, knowledge. Payment fails. I tell them that's completely unacceptable and they better change my plan, instead they kept rebilling me until a 4K charge went through. What kind of shady company i s this

Discontinuing the VOD platform but making it super hard for people to cancel their subscriptions, essentially forcing them to stay on the platform until Vimeo pulls it off the shelf completely.
Fast and Solution-Oriented Customer Support
I had a very positive experience with Vimeo Support. My subscription had been automatically renewed, but I no longer needed the service. The support team responded quickly, understood my request, and processed a full refund without any difficulty. The entire process was fast, clear, and solution-oriented. I’m very satisfied with the customer service I received. Thank you, Vimeo Support!
Terrible service
Terrible service, not recommended
Holding its Customers hostage
I understand that Vimeo is holding its lower paying customers hostage, even though they may be paid up for the rest of this year, and requiring them to pay several THOUSAND dollars to keep their videos from being deleted. As a small business owner this is UNCONSCIONABLE! If you are a small business I urge you to find other means to utilize hosting your videos so this will not happen to you. Wow! Just wow Big venture capitalist company who Bought out Vimeo.
Leaving due to price gouging
Like many others leaving 1-star reviews, we're moving off the platform following the massive price increases. Vimeo sent a notification that we were being moved from our existing plan to the new Studio plan, which increased our annual cost from roughly $400 to more than $4,800—over a 1000% increase—with no warning and no approval required, just a cost that was more than ten times higher than what we'd been paying. No responsible professional would put up with this kind of change.

SHITE REDESIGN
SHITE REDESIGN! DIFFICULT TO USE! TOO EXPENSIVE!!
I love the features especially…
I love the features especially text-editing, although it could use some more. The price is high for what you get right now, but I still prefer it to other platforms for my purposes. That's why 4-stars and not 5.
Shameful…
Extortion of money from creators by new owners. Shameful! Good luck as you are going to lose many dollars and followers due to your greed.
Worst platform
Worst platform. They deleted my account month after i payed for whole year and they don’t want to gave back money for 11 months… resign from this platform there is a lot of better ones… shit company
I love the new function of organization
Nasty surprise price increases on renewals
Leaving aside the innumerable horror stories (July 2026) about people on lower-tier plans suddenly seeing renewal price/plan increases of 3000%, Vimeo's European users might as well quit the platform anyway: The company is too lazy to comply with EU regulations and so prevents viewers from seeing your work. You can't view or be added to groups. You can't search. You don't appear in search engines. In fact, it's basically just a glorified googledrive, but at vastly higher price. Read their help article Changes-to-Vimeo-com-in-the-EU-and-UK if you doubt it. "Vimeo no longer organizes or promotes individual user-uploaded videos on Vimeo.com in the EU or UK." I've discovered the wonderful PeerTube however ... open source and blows away the US giants. Vimeo and Bending Spoons (who also destroyed Evernote) will be losing me before the next renewal.
Very happy just a bit expensive
