Bought a diagnostic tool from VXDAS
Bought a diagnostic tool from VXDAS, it arrived and worked for 2 days. They refused to have fix it locally so they wanted me to send it back to China. Sent to China , they had issues with customs delivering the product so it’s been now 3 months and I still haven’t received a laptop and they are not offering a replacement either. They have been terrible with customer service and and they will not take the blame and will no cooperate. They have wasted my time and my money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ask IT guys to help check & repair the problem in your local place, we fix the amount of the item you paid if the value not over the item's cost. 2. Return the whole package to check what's the problem exactly, we help you arrange a full refund 3. Return the problem item to exchange for a new one we suggest choosing solution 3, because you quote 150 dollars for the check problem, not included the repair fee, and you wanna keep the rest 2 items value to work you send the item back to exchange for a new one, but the package accidentally returns by customs inspection. our sales offer some suggestion again, we apply for a refund for the return shipping cost you paid & offer compensation for repair the item in your local. Then you ask for a full refund. Finally, you get a full refund, but we still not get any items back till nowadays. What a pity
