Would give no stars if it let me. Do not answer emails, do not return phone calls. Only want a couple of answers for a buyer for my property, almost 6 months later and still waiting. Basically everything they claim on their website is a lie!

The online portal is easy to use and very convenient, but what stands out most is being able to speak to someone directly between 8am and 9pm — it makes such a difference when you need answers quickly.
