I've had this service for a number of years and it seems to be working well. Customer service has been helpful the few times I've called. Some unsolicited emails come through which could be better.

For years your service was considered the industry standard by many including myself. Every year i would look up a coupon code and re-subscribe and enjoy safe internet, but the last time i tied there were no codes and the price went up, so i did some checking around and found a full servie VPN provider for $23 cad so since my wages have not gone up 8 years its simply a matter of economics.

I like that you review often but when there is a problem reported you don't fix it or tell me what I am doing to cause it.
Webroot must be able to,send us notifications if something is wrong. Not only for renewal. How are we going to protect a device that is being attacked by variuses.?
