Webroot Secure VPN is VERY intrusive. If we stop using our PC for 15-30 minutes to do other life things and come back to the PC we effectively lose our connection and very often have to re-start the computer to be able to use it again. Disconnecting and re-connecting Webroot Secure VPN does not solve the problem. Furthermore there are other websites that just will not work with Webroot Secure VPN. We want VPN security, but not with such a high inconvenience quotient. We thought it would be much more transparent to the user in this regard. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with Webroot Secure VPN..

This is tricky to say because nothing unfortunate happens. It is just there in the background doing what it is supposed to but unobtrusively. I have been using it for several years and a problem has never arrived.
I still get a lot of virues that come on my computer. It seems if Webroot is doing it's job I shouldn't get any. There at one time it was on the computer popping up for days.
The service provides the protection I need and the people do a good job when I call in,
It is the only one to own, I have owned Webroot for many years and have had no problems, ever!
Webroot keeps my laptop safe. it is always looking for malware.
