Webroot is awesome
Ive used Webroot for the past several years and found it to be a wonderful security program. I am currently having issues with a McFadden virus that just can't seem to get rid of...until I asked Google today. Overall it's a great security program.

Need improvement
The service gets disconnected from the device very often and made me log in back every time. This has improved a bit in the new version. There was a new version of the VPN and at a better price and I was not proactively informed but the renewal process was taking me to the older more expensive version.
Good protection without the pop-ups like other software.
Webroots ability to scan and protect without using up system memory is a good benefit. You don't ever experience the bog down like other antivirus software. It works along side the microsoft protection, offering an extra layer of firewall protection. Overall, easy to use. There are no annoying pop ups like McAfee and Norton. After using for 2 full years, I feel secure with Webroot. The price also beats out the others for secure software.
