I am not rating my experience with Wego as a company, I’m rating only one of customer support agents Hasnaa, as she is the only one who helped me with my booking. For 2 days I had trouble opening my booking and ticket and agents kept me back and forth all the time. Hasnaa reissued my new ticket and solved my problem in just 2h, while other agents were saying empty stories for 2 days. Big thanks for Hasnaa.
