The delivery company they used delayed the table for over 12 days. Missed my event, the reason for buying the table. I had to quickly buy another table.
So I never received Westminster table and cancelled the table.
Now waiting for a credit!
They need to use reliable truckers!

Based on the information provided by the carrier, they made several attempts to contact you by phone and left voicemail messages to coordinate delivery. Unfortunately, they were unable to connect with you, which ultimately contributed to the delay.
While we understand there were communication challenges, we also recognize that the overall delivery experience did not meet your expectations—or ours. Our shipping partners typically provide prompt and reliable service, and we sincerely apologize that this was not the case with your order.
As requested, your order has been canceled, and the shipment is currently being returned to our warehouse. In regards to a refund, our records indicate Amazon has refunded your order in full.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this experience caused.

I love the teak rocker. Arrived on time in perfect condition. My order for the sealer was damaged in shipping and returned to them but they quickly reshipped a replacement with no problem. I would certainly order from them again.
