I broke mine and the customer service were very helpful and quick to mail me a new pair with lifetime warranty.
Speedy customer service, but I do not like that I must spend an additional $50 on expensive glasses I bought in the first place for “life time warranty”.

I was gifted the most perfect sunglasses, William Painter’s Gold Hook. Apart from being exactly what I need, built of substantial materials, they have the added extra of being a bottle opener. It sounds odd to say glasses make me feel cool, but WOW, these glasses make me feel cool (& my eyes totally appreciate them too!). But if you put all that aside, great design, excellent product, exceptional materials, their customer service is by far the BEST I have experienced in much too long a time. If they were wise, as a sideline, they should host seminars on how to do it right. Informative, speedy, kind and humorous, they walked me through the warranty process. I am actually glad I had a question to ask because I thought the kind of handholding I was offered was extinct. It is not - the team is EXCEPTIONAL in every way. The product is great, but after 5 years I needed some support. I messaged the team and the response was fast and the customer service was fantastic. Best sunglasses I have ever bought.
The rep who helped me throw email was amazing! With the added compliments it made my day better, thank you for making it easy to redeem my lifetime warranty, I love my sunglasses!
My sunglasses broke after 7 years of service. Of course I couldn’t find the receipt nor enter or reactivate my account. So I thought it doesn’t really make sense to even start going after that lifetime guarantee thing. I did it anyway and: Tadaaaaaa! Only with my name, my email address and a foto of the broken glasses I got it. I had to pay a fee of 40$, but that I paid more than gladly. Now the new glasses are on the way! This is an amazing company! 99,9% of the rest of the world can learn a ton from this customer service! And the whole process took 4 days! I still can’t believe it… Thank you guys, you’re the best!

I’ve bought quite a few pairs of Titan socks from you guys. They’ve been such a huge game changer for me!
With traditional socks, I’ve always noticed that I would somehow have holes in them within a week. With the Titan Socks, I still have every original pair so far, and while some do have holes (my first order was, I believe, in October of 2021), they’re all still wearable, and far outlast any other socks I’ve ever bought before.
Also, around October of 2022, I officially hit my breaking point with Athlete’s Foot (I’ve had it for well over a decade), and after doing extensive research, I used tea tree oil cream and was wearing your socks throughout everything. I very rarely take off my socks, and even wear them to bed, which was not good for someone who’s had Athlete’s Foot. After about two months of treating this consistently, I was Athlete’s Foot-free! I attribute not only that tea tree oil cream, but also your socks to being free of that for nearly 3 years now, and counting!
I really wanted to let you know that you have an incredible product, that my favorite style are the Runner’s, that I’m almost always buying some more during your sale (recently got my first pair of grays and LOVE them), and that I don’t know what I would do without you guys!
