Rented a car through a service provider that was using Wisecars. I needed the voucher immediately but the service provider was unhelpful. They put me through to Wisecars though, and Eduardo helped me through my issue. He made sure I was good to go before hanging up the line. Big thumbs up for him, would use Wisecars again.

even though we were 48h past the cancellation and modification window Meelis and Mark were willing to help us change our booking after my wife fell ill. very grateful for their excellent support. surprising thing is - this was a better experience than trying to do this with a rental company directly. thanks and good luck to the company

I chose a wrong pick-up place in the city and called Wisecars two days before pick-up, when I saw the wrong address on the voucher. Aune helped me very fast and found at the same cost a provider at the airport, which saved us mayor hassle. Well done - thumbs up for the great service.

Website is easy to use and Prices are great! The website was easy to use (and trust me, I had looked at 8 other websites) - this one is the best. Clear information, great layout, colorful. The Prices are better than other sites, for a better car. Instead of renting a Toyota Camry, I am renting Mazda CX-50 for $100 less.
