Our luggage was delayed upon arriving in Florida, so we contacted the company to let them know we would be late collecting our rental car. Despite multiple attempts, no one answered our calls. When we finally managed to speak to staff, my complaint was dismissed as "British nonsense" and "other bullshit," which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a result, we were left stranded with our 15-month-old child, with no support or assistance offered. The only way I could speak to anyone was by Wisecar's office in Greece, as the local Cargini car rental office did not answer. To make matters worse, they have disputed my refund request and are attempting to keep the full charge by classifying us as a "no-show," despite the fact that we made every effort to contact them and explain the situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to its poor customer service, lack of communication, and unwillingness to deal fairly with customers.

A few days after my reservation, I found a way cheaper offer on wisecars website. I wrote an email to ask for a change of the order. Mark answered within a hour with an even slightly better offer and arranged everything. Very good service.
