Every time I have placed an order with Words Anywhere it comes quickly and neatly packaged. The pricing is okay. Why did you stop making the BOSS font in smaller sizes (minimum size is 2")? I love your product and availability.

It’s all bad
It’s all bad. Ordered lettering for a festival, paid for whatever was the quickest they offered for shipping. Festival came and went, letters never came. As I’m writing this review….they actually still have yet to show up. I reached out to the company and they offered to send another order but i would have to pay the $50 for next day shipping. I already paid for the product $100+ the shipping … I’m certainly not paying again. If they ever arrive …. I will be sending them back for a full refund. And yes …. I will eat that shipping cost also :(

Hi John, we are really sorry to hear that the lettering never arrived. We did confirm with you that we produced the lettering and mailed it out to the correct address within our committed timeframe. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you understand, once we've submitted it to the postal service it is out of our control. Generally they do a pretty good job of delivering things on time, but occasionally they can fail spectacularly as they did in your case. We totally understand your frustration. Please be aware that when they do deliver it you can mark it as "refused" and give it back to the post office. They'll return it to us without you needing to pay for any return postage. We certainly will issue you a full refund and we apologize for the poor experience you had.

Hi John, thanks for your order. Your order was a high dollar order and like many other companies, we require signature receipt for high dollar orders. This reduces the likelihood of the order being lost or stolen. In cases where orders don't make it to their destination we would be responsible for replacing it so this helps to reduce the possibility of that happening. Thanks for your understanding.
