The request for review email is automated so occasionally the customer receives the request for review before the product arrives. i ordered the same size on both of my orders - but they were not the same size once i applied them i noticed they were not same size as the ones in first shipment.
Two of the words were exactly same word just ordered in different color and came smaller than the first order that came.

Hi Wendy, thanks for your business! We're sorry the new lettering is not matching your previous order. When we measure phrase height we are measuring from the highest point in the phrase to the lowest point in the phrase. So the tails or "descenders" on letters like p, y, g, etc are taken into account when figuring phrase height. If your new words don't have the same descenders as the original order (and often they don't) it can affect the size. We will be glad to look at the sizing of your original order and recut these new words so that they are proportional. On future orders if you're trying to match the size of a previous order please mention that in the comments field at checkout, and we'll look up your previous order to make sure the new order matches in size.

Hi Sharon, thanks for your continued business. We have a set production schedule that never changes except for weeks where there's a postal holiday (then production is pushed back by a day). If you order Monday your lettering will ship the next day (on Tuesday). If you order Tuesday or Wednesday it will ship on Thursday. If you order Thursday, Friday, or Saturday it will ship on the following Monday. That never changes and we always hit those deadlines. I researched your previous orders and it looks like the transit time from us to you is anywhere between 5-8 days (generally). That's quite a bit longer than the usual 2-4 days. I'm thinking that has to do with you living way up in the Northeast. We're sorry it's slow in getting to you, but we do always ship it within 1-3 business days from when you place your order.
