Both the Ear-Rings and dresses arrived before the expected delivery.. which I was pleased with as my order was split into two due to lack of availability on stock.

Ordered two tops on the 8th and received them on the 13th so delivery is good. I'm a bit disappointed in the quality of the tops but they are wearable...I suppose you get what you pay for!

Joshy was very helpful in resolving my query. re:a skirt and sending a replacement straight away and being courteous in response to me.

I placed my order and received an email confirmation right away. Part of my order shipped almost immediately and the others were held up. I contacted their customer service and got answers right away that they were holding that order due to 1 item on backorder. I asked if the other could be shipped and I just cancel the 1 item that was backordered. Susan was amazing! She got my order shipped out the next day and refunded my PayPal within 48 hours for the item that was cancelled. I couldn't be happier with how well things have been going with this company. And the quality of the items is mind blowing. I will be ordering more from them.

I’m not too sure this is a legit website! I ordered a dress, over a month ago! And it still hasn’t arrived. I keep getting told to be patient and that it should’ve arrived by now. But it hasn’t. The customer service is useless; they keep willing me the same thing, to check my local post office. I’ve already done that.

Helpful customer service! I've live chatted with two different reps. Some of my order was placed on back order with no forseeable restock date for some of those items. So, I cancelled a few and they shipped the rest that had become available since I received the first portion of my order. Tonight I talked to another rep to find out about the "refund process": 7-14 business days if using credit/debit card or 2-3 if using PayPal. Other than these minor inconveniences, I'm satisfied with the quality of the items I HAVE received & the shipment time was fast. Will be buying from this company again.

The clothes I have liked! Ordered a few different things from them and have liked all that I ordered! I did have a problem with one of my orders only received 2 thing out of 10 and had to contact them about it! They were fast to answer my questions! Some stuff was out of stock! But but 7 items where in and they were waiting on one more item to come in! Witch doesn’t make sense to me! Cause it does take like 3 weeks to get my stuff! So as my items com available they should send them out right away! Anyways I will wait and see if I get the rest of my stuff and come back with another review
