I have had a terrible experience with yoins . I ordered clothes a month ago and still have not received it. I keep being told it’s “on the way” and “I will get it soon” . They have offered nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. Thank god i didn’t really need these for an occasion coming up because I would of been screwed

I love Yoins clothing! Pricing is wonderful!!! A few items I had to return due to sizing. Returning items were a bit difficult however I will certainly buy again!

Customer service is good. No problems with email contact and I dealt with the same person, Sam, for several days. Items do take a little longer than usual to arrive but they do arrive and are reasonable quality for their prices. I have bought from Yoins several times.

Update on my experience. As soon as I wrote this review, i got an email wanting to fix the problem. They did give me a tracking number and explained that my item was out of stock. I do appreciate that they were concerned that i didn't receive my shipment yet.
I ordered over a month ago and I emailed customer service multiple times. I am requesting status info on my order and I haven't recieved anything. I ordered from "rosewe" the sake day and I am.getting my shirt on wednesday. Would not recommend. They have my money and I dont have what I purchased. Very disappointed.
