I wanted an exchange for my dress, and I sent a message via email. Everything happened very fast, I always got very clear and pleasentful replys from Claire, and I am 100% happy with the service! Ps. Some of the sizes don't fit, but still, the customer service was on point.

Excellent quality items which are very well made . I would advise that you buy one or even two sizes bigger than you need as they come small .
But also wanted to say how good the customer service was , ( Joshy ) clear emails which enabled a swift exchange / refund - helpful and fast response . Have made further purchases and really do recommend .

I placed an order for 3 dresses and money was taken straight away... 2 days later I was emailed to say none of them were in stock and to choose 3 more.. Which I did...again none of them in stock. 3rd time in getting frustrated and asked for refund instead, which was refused.. So ended up buying 3 dresses I didn't really want... Not true to size and terrible material

Beautiful dress but was too tight for me. Had excellent after service care & refund within 2 days of me returning. Would have no problem ordering with this company again & recommend them. The lady who dealt with my refund couldn't have been more helpful, thank you.

ordered from yoins 2 jumpers which they sent , these on arrival in the uk were lost by the courier so after many phone calls to yodel they admitted it was lost and then eventually yoins were able to resend my lost items , yoins were always assisting me to resolve this problem customer care was at the top of their help list, would highly recommend this company also items received were very good quality

First they said I received both packages, but one is not here yet and I have no idea where it is. Second, as I'm trying to return the first dress, it shows up nowhere in my past history so I was directed here.

I did have one disappointment that one of my dresses didn’t arrive must of got lost in post but Yoins were very helpful and sent me another one I have been pleased with all clothes I have received always fit lovely and good quality 👍🏻

I have never order any clothes for myself online before. I was always scared. But I did order three dresses from Yoins. Unfortunately one did not fit right and didn't look as good as I thought it was going to once I put it on. I’m always wary when buying off the internet using a company I’ve not used before - particularly after being stung recently with another supplier. But Yoins are different. As well as their clothes being amazing - as good as the pictures and of decent quality - their customer service is beyond expectations.
