Had a really good experience with our Golf Trek package. We needed to make changes from the 1st draft. Ben was very accommodating and made changes quickly. We loved our accommodations. We hope we can work with him in the future.

Golf Trek god good deals, app is sketchy

Golf Trek did a good job working with us. We got a good deal on the golf. However they push a lot of their transactions through their app which didn’t always work. For example, we arrived to start our trip today and our trip details had disappeared from the app. I called and they explained the app was broken but we didn’t need it for vouchers for our rounds. There was no communication from Golf Trek whatsoever once the trip was booked. Other agents have sent course cards, discount coupons, etc.

My experience with Golf Trek has been great!

My experience with Golf Trek has been great! I scheduled a trip to Myrtle Beach in June 2021 and it was perfect. Showed up to the golf course and we were treated like VIP’s. I have scheduled another trip for June 2022 and everything is already planned out from lodging to tee times. Jeff Diehl knows what he’s doing and is able to flex when our plans have flexed. I will continue to use this service.

Golf was good. Accommodations were horrible. Only 3 beds the first night, had to call. Locked out of room at 8:00 Sunday morning. Air conditioning in 103 did not work, very hot. But overall a decent time.

Not quite as smooth as last year...had package set and 1 paid in full, then was told package was not available,, for the dates we booked,, did a good job getting another similiar package..

Everything was great

Everything was great. The prom response the packaging and the e-mail return. The main reason for the slight deduction is that most indications was that the belief was that everything was done thru the golf app. A lot of people who are older might be somewhat confused as I was in the beginning! (not tech savy) After having a closer look and talking to my son I figured it out. I'm not sure we saved a lot but the knowledge of reserved tee times and courses makes planning our time events easier, so thank you!

We have used this agency a number of times and are very happy with the results. Our agent has answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly . I would highly recommend them and will use them again next year
