Cleant D. resolved my website issues in a straight-forward and timely manner. I recently published one of my website and found it was using a sub-domain, he quickly fixed it by connecting my newly published website to my domain. Then, after fixing my website URL to reflect my domain, it was showing a "Not Secure" status, so I told him I found another concern and he fixed it with an SSL security patch.

Make sure that I got the correct template I needed for my business and refunded me the one that I chose incorrectly. Great customer service. I didn’t have to call back. Everything was resolved in one phone call.

I regret signing up
I regret signing up. I simply wanted help setting up my LLC, which they did and hence the 2 stars, but they continue to blow up my phone using scare tactics to get me to sign up for additional services and partnerships. It’s ridiculous. Save yourself the time and money: figure out filing on your own. It will be less stressful than dealing with ZenBusiness, I promise.

Customer service has been great to work with. He communicates clearly every step of the way, explains exactly what needs to be done, and has been very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Got results and changed irritation into best ending!
OK, so I have to give Mark’s extra credit. After a phone call with another rep a few minutes before I talk to Mark we got disconnected and that person was giving me misinformation. When we got disconnected, I called back and got Mark. Even though I was irritated it didn’t phase Mark at all. He was super understanding and kept pushing forward and helping me get the result that I wanted in the first place. Not only that he helped me complete what I needed, but he stayed on the phone and talk to me about the things that I was doing. He genuinely cared And was appreciative of me sharing. Thank you, Mark you made my day!

Zen business is a complete scam
Zen business is a complete scam. Beware they steal money from you and refuse to give it back! My LLC has been inactive for almost a year and they are still charging me for things that they are not doing. They are the reason why my LLC went inactive they were not doing their job. This is the worst Registered Agent I’ve ever dealt with. You’re better off doing it on your own or finding somewhere else.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, I have used this company before. Now they are trash you call customer service its automated no live person, they want you to give sensitive information to a robot before transferring you to a live person. which takes a very long time on hold! They are rude and when you talk to a person its someone that barely speaks English. I would not use this company there are much better options
Mark was very patient and helped me get my billing issues resolved. He was also very knowledgeable in Zen Business services.
