Can’t believe the prices. Six glasses so far and couldn’t be happier. Trying to add glasses to the colors of my outfits. Had a couple of things that weren’t quite right, they sent a QR code, dropped it off at UPS and the credit was issued. It was that sample. If you’re concerned about returning something and the ease of doing that…. Don’t be! Simple! Just like Amazon. Same procedure. I Truly Love Zen!

they got the prescription wrong, and when the glasses were returned well within the required time to do so, no refund was sent. it's been over a month and no refund in sight.

Great price for quality glass. Easy to order. These are the fourth pair I have bought over a several year period. They have been consistently great each time.
Rush delivery is a scam. I have ordered rush delivery, they immediately created a shipping tracking number and marked my order "shipped" and sent me an email that items are shipped. USPS is still waiting with "USPS is awaiting item" status, they never shipped the item after 5 days.

Easy to use website. Great prices and good quality for their prescription glasses. The digital pupil distance measurement was spot on. The polarized, mirror finished, progressive lenses were delivered in about the same time as if I had ordered a pair from my optometrist. The delivered sunglasses were spot in their prescription. Frames feel a bit a cheap due to their lack of a premium feel, but the frames feel sturdy and should last out the prescription.

I’ve been a loyal Zenni customer for years and have purchased several pairs of glasses from them. I’ve always recommended them because they offered decent quality at an affordable price. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase has completely changed my opinion. The frames are great, but the lenses are honestly the worst I’ve ever owned. No matter what I do, they never look clean. I’ve used microfiber cloths, lens cleaner, and pre-moistened lens wipes, yet they’re constantly smudged, cloudy, and streaky. I take very good care of my glasses, so this isn’t from neglect. The lenses have only gotten worse over the past few months. It really makes me wonder if Zenni’s quality has gone downhill. Have they become more focused on mass production than maintaining the quality that made so many people loyal customers in the first place? I’m genuinely disappointed because I’ve always had positive experiences with Zenni until now. If this is the new standard for their lenses, I’ll have to think twice before ordering again. I’d be interested to know if other longtime customers have noticed the same decline in quality or if I just received a defective pair.

Selection, check out and delivery are great. Size of glasses was too big ( thought i had selected small and they came large)and progressive lens are difficult to see out of as they are too big, so faces in wrong spot.
