Everything about Yeti is the best. Product, customer service and warranty. Fast service and quality product
Their coffee cups
Their coffee cups, loose their paint or covering in about 12 months, for expensive cups this is not good, the paint flakes off, to make a complaint you need to show proof of purchase, ha, who keeps receipts for coffee cups? Their whole complaint process is so hard it’s impossible to make a claim, I would not recommend any Yeti products due to their poor quality and their poor customer service.
My warranty has had no follow up on if…
My warranty has had no follow up on if its coming or not or lost or what happened i sent in my warrantied item 7 weeks and 6 days ago with the told time of expecting it at most 6 weeks.

The same cup was not available and they…
The same cup was not available and they offered the great big one as a replacement. Therefore I did not send the old one back because my arthritic hands can’t handle the big cup.
Poor customer service
Love their products. BUT their online customer service is the worst of the worst. Ordered a product for next day delivery and 47 hours later, it still hasn't been dispatched. Can't speak to a human, the chatbot just goes in circles. Wanted to cancel the order as product will now be delivered too late but they can't do that - not sure why when it still hasn't been dispatched. Whilst it's in their T&Cs, this is against statutory consumer rights (given it hasn't been dispatched yet). My advice, don't order with them direct. Really poor Yeti.

Yeti products stand by their warranty. Customer service is top tier when handling issues with their customer. Would always recommend yeti to friends and family!

Communication was horrible took days in-between every email at one point I had to contact a second person she was very helpful, but my original contact didn't seem to care.

The products are good but customer service is poor. Delivered to wrong address. Sent messages to them and tired calling. The telephone number for uk on website justa advises the office is closed even when they give th openning hours. In the end the delivery company called to help.

Had an issue with a water bottle. They exchanged it for a new one and it was very simple to do. Love yeti! Normally don't have to return anything, actually they last a little too long haha

YETI always stands behind their products, I own so much YETI stuff and the relatively few things that have broken have always been quickly replaced under warranty. I truly appreciate the quality and customer care.
