I didn't have the best templet but they were able to use AI and editing to upscale it. I ordered a playmat for my niece who loves Yugioh and it came out great.
Custom Glass Mousepad (Yourplaymat)
Well I'll start off by saying i did receive my custom glass mouse pad eventually and it came out looking exactly as good as I'd expect (2k Res image used, Premium editing paid for, image on pad is slightly less sharp but still looks very very good and clear). The surface speed is kinda mid speed-fast speed range, not crazy fast can still perfectly stop for a precise shot if need be, but the glide is still very good, ideal speed for me personally. Delivery was a bit of a rollercoaster, Customer Support ensured they got my image, and was mostly good at keeping me updated throughout. The initial purchase unfortunately arrived shattered, something clearly went wrong on the side of packaging/shipping because it arrived in a plain box that had very clear damage with no fragile labels or warnings at all. Thankfully Yourplaymat quickly acknowledged the mistake and began work on a replacement. Unfortunately during this time some weather would affect China where the pad is actually produced by my understanding so there was a delay there, but there was also some miscommunication between the production team and Customer Support which lead to me receiving outdated/incorrect info and then having to wait for accurate info for my replacements tracking for a period. All in all the glass mouse pad did arrive perfectly intact without issues for the replacement and I'm definitely satisfied with it. The time it took to receive the replacement on top of the initial order already being sent out late however is a point i think they definitely need to improve on as well as communication between Customer Support and the production team. Given the high price paid for this item. and the time frame of 10-15 days already being fairly generous compared to any other places you would make this type of purchase, this should never be late. 3.5 Stars if i could.

My playmat came in yesterday. Looks much better than I thought it would. Between the time of me ordering it and it showing up I reached out to double check that the image i wanted was uploaded properly. Support replied in a timely manner and made sure that the image was correct. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks!

Amazing Quality!!!
I had recently gotten custom sleeves from Etsy and the quality was abhorrent. I was skeptical buying custom sleeves from Your Playmat but when I received my sleeves I was really impressed with the quality. The sleeves feel good, the details in the design are sharp and the colors are vibrant.

not smart enough to print as ordered
not smart enough to print as ordered, messed up the rotation, didnt check after they manually changes the facing, shipped a garbage product, promised to redo. LITERALLY printed the same shit, with oversight, warped product, utter garbage, AVOID AT ALL COST

I loved the design of the playmat and the size was larger than usual which was a bonus when it arrived. Great selection and fair pricing.
Custom Sleeves so bad it felt like an insult
Don't know about their other products, but do not buy custom sleeves from these guys. Incredibly thin (corners damage easily), sticky, they also stink to high heavens (even after airing them out for multiple days) - and paint keeps peeling of the edges. It even stuck to some of my cards and will be a pain to remove without damaging them. On top of that, they charge about double than comparable companies and nickle and dime you for everything. The most brazen part was their "premium editing" service for your uploaded image they tried to push on me at every opportunity (as a payed add on of course). Turns out this premium editing is just AI upscaling (likely waifu2x, which is free). Low quality, high prizes, brazen business practices, stay away.
Overall good service
I had an issue with the quality of the product and the shipment, but support has been so helpful and I got a new remade product completely free of charge. Mistakes can happen, quality of the print of the mat is now very good and it suits my needs

The product is amazing. It looks great, and feels even better. It was a gift, and me and my friend loved it. Service was splendid, and although I did not receive the "better quality" item, it still looked nice.
Don't do it.
Don't. First they say you that there has to be a 2 cm edge due to cutting. Then they will cut away the edge that you purposely built into your design, just to stretch the remaining mat so that the result will be distorted. And finally, they will not even cut it straight so that your mat will have some bearing.
Trying to sell AI upscaling as "professional editing".
Use less AI, please. The entire website is just embarrassing.

Borderless Print
The sleeves feel great to shuffle! I got the borderless print,unfortunately, along the edges of the sleeves does rides up revealing the white layering under the image.
