DealDash

Deceived by "Guaranteed Wins" and Hidden Costs

I am filing this formal complaint to demand a full refund of $233.25 & $21.45 for the 143 bids that were used on the 6 auctions I DID NOT ENTER! DealDash uses technical failures, suspicious bidding mechanics, and deceptive guarantees to drain consumer accounts. The Facts: Failure to Refund: Despite their "100% money-back guarantee," a promised $39 refund has never arrived in my account. This is a direct violation of their stated policy. Unauthorized Charges: I was led to believe I was using "free" level-up bids; however, DealDash charged my account for bid packs without clear authorization or a transparent checkout process. Technical Failure (BidBuddy): After investing 39+ hours and 1,295 bids ($194.25) into a single auction, the "BidBuddy" tool lagged/buffered at the finish line, causing an instant loss. Deceptive "Guaranteed Win": My one-time "guaranteed win" was applied to face powder for .01¢ that I only browsed and never intentionally bid on—effectively wasting the benefit before it could be used on the intended item. Bidding Manipulation: Observed highly suspicious late-stage bidding spikes designed to drive up costs and cheat users out of more money. Conclusion: I joined to get a Nintendo Switch 2 for a birthday and ended up with an empty wallet and face powder I didn't ask for. DealDash relies on predatory mechanics and "glitches" to profit. I demand a full refund and am looking into class action litigation. Stay away.

Plexaderm®

Disappointing Results & Lasting Puffiness

I treated myself to the 10ml Rapid Reduction Serum ($54.13) for Christmas after seeing so many good reviews, but it really let me down. I followed the directions to a T on my forehead and smile lines back in January, but saw basically no difference. I decided to give it one last shot on my right under-eye to compare it to my left. Not only did it fail to work, but I woke up the next morning with a bloodshot eyeball and puffy eye bag that wasn't there before. When I tried the serum on the very bag it caused, it still did nothing! It’s been three months and my eyeball is still bloodshot and the swelling has decreased some but it still hasn't fully gone away, while my untreated eye looks totally normal. I’m honestly so bummed that this pricey product didn't just fail—it actually made my eye look worse. I take back what I previously said about their customer service. Not only did they give me a full refund but they actually called. You can definitely buy this product and know that their customer service is going to make it right if something goes wrong.
