We do want to be transparent: 1Password is built on a zero-knowledge security model built around having both the Secret Key and account password in order to access your data. For your privacy and security, we're unable to reset your account details on our end, or provide access to your encrypted 1Password data. Otherwise, this would present a hole in our security design that could be exploited to gain access to your secure information, even if we were the only ones who would exploit it. We recognize that this needs to be communicated far more clearly upfront, and your feedback will be shared directly with our internal teams. Regarding the delayed response times and the automated follow-up emails - we understand how frustrating that must've been been. That's something we take seriously and will flag internally.
