I have purchased from 4 times and it’s always good hair I love it
Avoid this company its not run to an acceptable standard
I ordered a wig by mistake but immediately told the company as you have 2 days to cancel, I then sent 8 emails trying to get this wig cancelled but I got no response. The either ignored the emails or they dont have enough staff to read the emails. The wig arrived and it is nothing like the wig I ordered its like a fancy dress wig, they have said I can send it back but its from the UK to China and will cost a fortune and why should I pay for their incompetence, they are bullies and are refusing to acknowledge the real reason of the complaint which I cancelled in plenty of time. I wouldn't buy a wig from them they are joke selling fancy dress wigs. luckily I paid by PayPal and they are dealing with it as I have all the emails proving the time of the order and the cancellation email which was 10 minutes later Again I must emphasise the hair is diabolical you would even wear it for a fancy dress party. Completely scamming people with false photos of wigs on their website

I reached out to Emily and she confirmed very quickly that my order was indeed received and she changed my email address from an old one on file to my current one so that I could get all of my notifications.
