CJ Dropshipping Seems scam to me

CJ Dropshipping Seems scam to me, my customer placed the very first order on my store, and when I placed the order on CJ Dropshipping they kept the order pending for 5 days and then told me that the item was out of stock and they will buy it from other supplier so I have to pay additional $5, so I paid the additional $5 then they said the new product is on its way to their warehouse, and then after 2-3 days they said new product is also not available so do you want to ship slightly different design to your customer? I got angry and after the debate, they said they found the same product and would ship it in 1 day, then after 1 day they didn't gave me any update and asked for 1 or 2 additional days then they said the product is on its way to their warehouse and then after 1 day they said the product was lost and supplier is again out of stock and refunded me the amount. so my first order in my store got treated like that and now my customer may give me a bad review. Will remove my CJ account. my customer placed the order on 16th December and because of CJ it is not shipped till now and may get cancelled.

No Auto update of listed products

CJ has been easy to work with, and Lincy Cui has helped me answer my questions. The only thing about CJ is that it doesnt auto update listed products on Woo commerce which it should find a solution to as manual updation is difficult. I request the CJ team find a solution to this.

CJdropshipping is amazing

Fanny on CJDropshipping is amazing, I am new to CJDropshipping and Fanny has introduced everything to me about dropshipping. They are good at communicating and answering questions from their customers. I appreciate that they always are available to answer your questions at anytime and anyway and they give you advice on how to start dropshipping.

Too much processing time

Why my order processing time is 15 days it is making me face too many charges back to the customers and the product is shipping late to my end customers improve your processing time my nich was a custom name necklace order places at the start of December is still in transit or in processing my heart is crying when I open my stripe account

There delivery service is really slow I face a huge amount of refunds because of them and there agent is not responding to any of my query.

Processing Orders with CJ dropshipping

My agent on the CJ dropshipping's chat Linda Feng was very courteous and understanding of my issue. She put an Urgent Rush on my Ticket, while I wait patiently on whether or not I can process my prepaid customer's order. I have had this issue with CJ dropshipping's ordering process numerous times. Like most human beings, I can't predict when someone is going to place an order on my online store. The fact that CJ dropshipping is not linked to their suppliers' inventory is frustrating because I've had to wait to see if a product is available before I can process my customers' orders and many times the prepaid ordered product was not available. I wish CJ dropshipping would somehow connect with their suppliers' inventory like Aliexpress does.

They are scammers and liars

They are scammers and liars. On tracking app says my order was delivered, but guess what, nowhere to be found. After countless emails to them and urging me to be patient. They are the worst company to do business with. My order had been out for delivery for several days. What is up with this scamming company?

Avoid CJ

Avoid CJ. Product inventory 6068 but when customer order CJ refusing to fulfill the customer order as they do not have the same colour in the seller inventory what customer order and asking me if its okay to send a different color which they should be ashemed of because CJ inventory showing me they have 6068 product. on 13dec they said they have and manage to get the color for customer and on 16 dec sending another message that same colour my customer ordered isnt available. AVOID CJ because they do not value my business and yours. one star just for customer service as they always available.

Worst supplier to choose for…

Worst supplier to choose for dropshipping. They have hilarious product photos and incomplete product informations. And they messed up one of my order and not ready to resend the product fast it has been 10 days my customer ordered the product and product is lost somewhere! Don’t use Cj. Fist they will act nice to you and ask for a 5-star review but after that they delay your orders and said buy private inventory to have fast shipping times. Worst never use!!!!!

Worst dropshipping company ever

Worst dropshipping company ever. Send in a sourcing request for close to a month and the agents are too lazy that they cannot create a simple listing. Numerous chats with live agents and over 10 tickets submitted but NO HELP IS GIVEN. Worst company ever!

Bad Customer support.

I tried to order a Product from them to test their delivery time and to start product testing for my shop. 3 Days after I paid, I got a notification that I need to add my phone number for the delivery to be processed. After sending it to them, 3 times on 3 different channels and after opening a ticket, the issue still wasn't resolved. I can't imagine the Chaos this would've caused if I decided to add the product prematurely without testing. Customer support doesn't seem to understand even a fracture of English and completely ignores the "expected result" part of the ticket.

CJ dropshipping is the best

CJ dropshipping is the best. Always quick to respond to queries and solve problems. I wanted to know about the shipping times and Alina Liu came to the rescue. However information about shipping is not very vivid and you would not know exactly how much to charge. Either than that I have no other problem and would definitely recommend CJ dropshipping ❤️❤️

Do not invest in this company

The weak point of this company is the guarantee on the products sold. After 30 days of delivery of the product, if a problem of any kind arises, even due to a manufacturing defect, it will not be possible to find a solution and refunds will not be received. The policy of this company is oriented only to sales and profit, it is not suitable as a wholesale partner/reseller and as a seller, I advise you not to invest in this company in case of problems with their products you will always have to reimburse yourself your customers. In Europe the warranty on new products ranges from 1 to 2 years and there are legal obligations that protect buyers, in China this protection does not exist.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, they are absolute scam artits, these reviews on here must be faked. I waited for 2 weeks after placing an order for them to tell me I have to pay an extra 20 dollars or my orders cannot be sent. Bear in mind they were meant to be delivered in 5-7. Then the refund process is an absolute joke. And the agent who spoke to me started swearing and being violent. JUST STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM.

Before publish anything in eBay contact CJ agent because usually they has not the item you are selling in eBay, always asking if the items can pass USA Custom? CJ is an intermediate within Manufacturer or Distributor in China CJ don’t know if the items are on shelves for shipping. This is the fragile area of CJ and cancel orders in eBay is bad for the account and your reputation and eBay fees. Never publish always asking before
