Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the wonderful product quality, noting that the wigs look stunning, feel exceptionally soft, and maintain a very natural appearance when worn daily. Consumers also deeply appreciate the remarkably prompt delivery service alongside the attentive communication provided by the seller throughout the entire purchasing process. However, some people mentioned that the hair can occasionally suffer from severe tangling after washing, making it feel like a synthetic or sponge-like material. Additionally, a few reviewers experienced issues with delayed orders or found that customer support failed to adequately resolve their specific problems.

I really liked the product I received, beat of all it was exactly what was advertised bc I always worry about that. I'm.t an apartment complex and the first attempt at delivery was unsuccessful; when I saw it on the tracker I thought how am I going to get it now?! Well HermosaHair contacted me directly and let me know that they delivery wasn't made BEFORE I even reached out to customer service at FedEx! They gave me my tracking info and the number to call, they even checked on me after it was delivered to ake sure it was to my satisfaction. This is some GOOD customer service!

False Advertisement: They send you wigs with not drawstring of any kind as advertised to attach the wig to your head. I contacted them about it and they gone silent on me now that I want to return them for my money back. I received them and have been trying to return. They responded 1 time I denied their offer and now they have gone silent. DO NOT BUY!!!! You have been warned

Got a long kinky curly ringlet unit and it’s gorgeous! I’m obsessed and it doesnt shed very much so that’s great especially for a reasonable price! The hairline is plucked and in a natural shape. If they ever stop making this wig I’ll be back with a 1 star review out of sheer spite! 🤣🤣🤣 that’s how much I like this wig!

This was my first time ordering from Hermosa Hair, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I was honestly just taking a chance because I loved the way the unit looked online, and the price was very affordable. I happened to be out of town when my order was being delivered, but their customer service team stayed in touch with me the whole time to make sure I received it, which I really appreciated. When I finally opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised. The hair is super soft, feels very natural, and the curls are beautifully defined. The colors were also really vibrant right out of the box. They do fade a little after washing, but that’s pretty common with colored hair. The fit was great a lot of times units run too big for me. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. The quality exceeded my expectations, the customer service was great, and I’m excited to wear this new look. I’ll definitely be ordering more units from Hermosa Hair in the future. I highly recommend them!
