Love this hair down bad , i got the 16inch & it’s so full & thick. The only downside is that is sheds a little bit. Not sure if that’s just a curly hair problem or what, but other than that good hair !
Horrible from beginning to end
Horrible from beginning to end. Ordered the boho wig with 4c edges on may 19th and wig shipped on May 28th , received June 1st but guess what....wrong fukking wig. Don't waste your time with this incompetent and overpriced company. Furthermore, the wig is only half braided. A half braided 26 in wig for $306, entirely overpriced. I should have listened to all the negative reviews and of course my gut.

The communication was great and I received my wig quickly. When I receive the wig it looked great out of the box but when I tried to put it on the cap is extremely small, the braids up front are skimpy and you can't really change the style up in the front because of this, the wig look nothing like what is shown. I made it work with the cap size because I was going on my honeymoon. I wore the wig for two days and had to take it off. I don't feel like this is human hair and if it is it's poor quality! The wig is also not very full and I got the the 220 density. All in all it was a large waste of money. Will not order from this company again!

extremely disappointed with my experience with Hermose Hair. I asked for a refund 4 days ago, and my funds were just now being returned after being held with little to no communication. My birthday and Mother’s Day were not taken into consideration at all during this process. I truly wanted the wig and was excited to support your company, but if the order could not be fulfilled properly, I expected a timely refund instead of my money being tied up for days. Holding a customer’s funds without resolving the issue quickly is very unprofessional and honestly comes across as low down and fraudulent. This situation caused unnecessary stress during an important time for me, and I feel completely let down by your customer service. Customers deserve honesty, communication, and respect when spending their hard-earned money. I hope your company takes situations like this more seriously moving forward because this experience has definitely made me reconsider ever shopping here again.

Waited a while for my package, but once I received it they included free eyelashes and other accessories. The hair looks great and good quality! Also comes in a pretty silky purple bag!
Terrible Customer Service - Returns
I have been trying to contact the company to return my wig from the day I received it. I’ll pre-face this by saying the hair is beautiful, very soft and good quality. However, in my opinion, it does not look as pictured. I contacted them less than an hour after receiving it to begin the return process. They responded asking for pictures that it has not been touched which I provided. They then responded with ways in which I could treat it to make it more ‘beautiful’ and offering a discount. I declined this and re-requested the procedure to return it. I’ve contacted them 3 times since and have heard nothing from them. I do not trust this company any longer and warn others to be wary! Shame as I was hoping to order from them again but perhaps the more basic looking wigs to avoid disappointment.
You will be taking a risk
I feel like hermosa is a hit and miss. Some of the wig don't look like the pictures that have posted. I took a risk with one and it looked nothing like it's was pictured. The length was not true. The front was very very short. After spending over 250 dollars they only offer 30 back. It's been a back and forth thing. I don't think I'm ever gonna order from them again

On February 13,2026, I entrusted this company. I ordered & received on 2/27/2026. I put up for my b’day as I work long hours. I later realized that I did not receive human hair, nor was it as described. Instead of a drawstring advertised I received an oversized band, with a useless clamp. Customer service is awful. I was not able to wear the bun advertised. I am completely dis satisfied. Customer service had the audacity to to ask me to send it back at my expense. After serval ignored emails. A better company is Frodio. I will never do business with with this untrustworthy company & their pathetic customer service service again.

This is what I wrote to the company on their website: I just wanted to let you know that I am not happy about the braided wig that I ordered from you. Not only did it take approximately three weeks for me to receive it, but the wig itself is awkward. The lace piece that is near the ear on both sides do not fit properly on my head, they are too long and have hair attached to it where I can't cut it to shape. Not only that, there is a braid at the top that is braided in another direction from the other braids. The wig looks kind of bulky to me. This was a total waste of money for me, because I cannot even wear the wig. I have tried to play around with it to get it to work and I just can't.

I ordered a wig back in February 2026 and I'm still waiting on the wig to be shipped! I've email this company and they weren't responsive at all until I filed a claim through the method I used to pay for this wig. They finally responded and asked me to cancel the claim/ dispute and then they would shop the wig. That was a NO for me because they still haven't resolved the issue. The second suggestion they gave me was to go to the site and purchase the wig again and they would ship it out immediately. That was a stupid suggestion since I've already paid for the wig. They wanted me to trust them with a second payment when I've already paid you once and still haven't received any product??? BEWARE LADIES. THEY ATE SHADY AND UNRELIABLE!
After finally installing
After finally installing, I installed the curly wig. Have been wearing it 2 weeks. Hair is super soft and shiny. Only downfall is it gets super tangled underneath in the back, there is no comb installed at the base of the wig, so it doesn't stay in place. My part is already thinning. I wanted to try a new company and am kinda disappointed. After installing the second one, also heavy tangling at the base in the back. Shedding while brushing. And also the part is super thin also.
