Customers frequently praise the wonderful product quality, noting that the wigs look stunning, feel exceptionally soft, and maintain a very natural appearance when worn daily. Consumers also deeply appreciate the remarkably prompt delivery service alongside the attentive communication provided by the seller throughout the entire purchasing process.
However, some people mentioned that the hair can occasionally suffer from severe tangling after washing, making it feel like a synthetic or sponge-like material. Additionally, a few reviewers experienced issues with delayed orders or found that customer support failed to adequately resolve their specific problems.
Great communication with the seller I needed a small cap size, they customized for me free of charge. The hair is top tier quality still silky and soft after I washed, blow dried, and flat ironed it

My first purchased from Hermosa a very satisfied customer
My first purchased from Hermosa was the 360 curly wig and I love it❤️. And I purchased a straight wig with bang, so far I'm very satisfied with my items. I received the delivery within a week, I'm a very satisfied customer, and I refer Hermosa to anyone, you will not be disappointed 😊 😀 ☺️.

I’m so glad I purchased this hair. The quality is exquisite. The lace is perfectly cut and the edges are 4C curly as described. Very refreshing to get something that is exactly as pictured. I wish other companies would be honest and send the exact hair that customers order. Shipping was crazy fast too and the customer service was excellent. Thank you Hermosa for a high quality product. I will definitely order again.

I recently purchased two wigs from Hermosa Hair for $189, and I honestly have no regrets. The quality exceeded my expectations the hair is incredibly soft, full, and true to length. Both wigs look so natural, are easy to style, and feel very comfortable to wear.
I was especially impressed with the value for the price. It’s not always easy to find high-quality wigs at such an affordable cost, but Hermosa Hair definitely delivered. The wigs arrived in great condition, can’t wait to style them, would definitely order again.

I love this wig so much.
Everything about it, is true
It's true to its length, lace, and texture. You get exactly what you ordered. And also it comes pre-plucked, pre-everything. All you have to do is just put it on. I wore it to church, and I received so many compliments. I highly recommend.

The unit not boho braids as advertised. The unit has tracks sewn together all in the back no braids nowhere. Completely dissatisfied will post on my social media.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have been striving to improve our products and services. Customer's satisfaction is our goal.
For this boho braided wig, they can only be braided on the lace area, so it only has braids in the front.
We will notify our after-sales customer service team to contact you and help you solve the problem. Please check your email later. Thanks
It looked nothing like the picture, the cut wasn't as tapered as the picture the color in the front looks like streaks were added not blended throughout the hair. And the added color throughout the unit, also is streaked not blended to give that ombre look.. It did not blend or does not have that ombre blend like in pictured advertisement.

I purchased a wig the wig did not fit I was asked to send a pitcher of the unused wig I did that. I hjave been waiting on a reeturn label for two weeks so I can get my refund. I dont want to think that you all are trying to steal my money because I no you all are not desprate for money. All I want is a return label so I can get my refund
Hermosa Hair will take your money in seconds, but if their courier loses your package, they will try absolutely everything to avoid refunding you.
The shipping company officially confirmed to me that my package was lost. The proof of delivery Hermosa Hair tried to use had NO signature and NO photo evidence. On WhatsApp, Hermosa Hair explicitly admitted to the loss, texting me: "your package appears to be lost... your refund will arrive in your account within 3-5 business days."
That turned out to be a complete lie. The exact second I updated my payment dispute so they could process the return, they backpedaled within seven minutes. They completely refused to release my refund unless I handwrote a physical letter on a piece of paper copying their exact template. Their template forces you to write out that you are "willing to bear the corresponding legal responsibility" just to get your money back for an item they never delivered!
IF THEY EVER TRY THIS TACTIC WITH YOU, KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THIS.
I personally bought 2 wigs from this place and the inches were not as described . I have went back and fourth with them to correct the situation but they have yet to do it. I would not order from them if u are a beginner.
