These products are shipped directly from China. Although it is possible to return them, the costs are far too high since it is necessary to return them to an address in China. The lights are OK, the quality is not the best for the price, but acceptable. I received one lamp without an electrical wire and contacted support. They responded, but first tried to gaslight me, then asked for several pictures and then a video. In the end, they promise to ship the missing part, but this never happens. I strongly believe that there is an LLM behind the support, trained to give you the impression that you are receiving support.

Do not order from this site, it's a complete scam. Ordered a light once which was fine and without incident. Made a larger purchase a second time and never got a confirmation email despite the money coming out of my account. A big tell tale is that there is no merchant phone number to contact at all, there is only a support email which was completely unresponsive while I was trying to chase down my order. I'm working with my bank to recover the lost funds, but please order elsewhere.
