4/25/22 I bought a dress as a final sale and was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly it shipped. That is what this review is about.
I also ordered a custom dress and that is enroute to me for my son’s wedding.
I liked the final sale dress on the models but it’s not that flattering on me. I think though w shapewear I can get away with wearing it and it might be ok. The quality is nice and true to the measurements.
I was also assured that shipping also could be combined with my custom order- well it wasn’t. I was told by chat to contact them, via chat after I ordered w the order number and when I did that- then another chat person told me I had to send an email and due to the fast shipping I got stuck paying for shipping for my second dress when I was assured I would not be. That’s very disappointing. Plus they just closed my ticked and did nothing to rectify the issue.
I hope the dress I ordered looks good. I do like the fact that real women put photos of themselves wearing the dresses. We aren’t all a perfect size zero with amazing proportions and many dresses they carry are flattering to a variety of body types. Even fat old ladies like myself.

I ordered dress for my sis wedding. On their websites promised to deliver on between exact dates they put on their website. Unfortunately delivery was late and I left only few day before the wedding so I stuck with the dress that I had to alter myslef or be with no dress.
I requested a delivery fee for not delivering on time and now I go around the messaging with people who makes me absolutely joke out of me. They have already offered me free shipping for next delivery, and I have already put it twice that they customer service is terrible and I don’t want to buy from them again. If you want to order from this website order 2 months in advance (I ordered a month before the day and still took them longer then they promised ).
After posted negative review here I received refund immediately.
I must say that the product is a very high quality and look amazing but the customer services needs a massive improvement. I am not sure if I was still messaging with them if I didn’t post the review.

Bought my flower girl dress back on 16th march and was to expect it 25-30th march. After numerous emails back and to jjhouse saying the same thing every time, I am still waiting and it’s the 24th April. I’ve asked for a refund numerous times. My wedding is in a matter of weeks and it’s added stress I do not need. Refund me my money so I can go elsewhere.
Jj’s house did in fact email me after I left this review offering to send out a new dress right away. They posted the dress the day after on the 26th April and today I received the dress 11th may. The dress is beautiful so I have given an extra 2 stars, lost 2 due to the stress of the first dress. I would likely use jj house again if I needed something way in advance

Bought a custom size dress. Dress was lovely quality, although quite delicate at the seams and general wear and tear throughout the day. Felt lovely to wear. Biggest issue was that the dress didn't fit...after paying extra for custom sizing. I followed measurements exactly. Had to pay additional money to a local seamstress to alter the dress, which was a waste. The seamstress said custom sizes online aren't ever a good idea and are likely not Custom, so better to have physical fits than online ones. I would just order a generic size next time. Also an issue with some customer service, they weren't happy I hadn't responded to them but I never received any contact. Confirmed this. An Internal communication error likely, but I didn't like being treated like I'd made the mistake when I hadn't.

Order was placed on 11th January 2022 and delivery date given between 30th January and 8th February. JJ's house told me they had sent me an email back in February to confirm by email I wanted all the dresses. I didn't see that email, even when checking my junkmail. The online help was constantly down and I had sent 2 emails with no reponse...
Then, by putting a comment there I finally got a reply (did not arrive in my junk box). After this I finally got the dresses on the 13th of may 2022.
They're really good. Good quality and the sizes fit my bridesmaids. I am really happy with how they turned out, it's just a shame I had to go through the stress of waiting for them with no answers...
I guess I would still recommend JJ's house because other people I know did not go through the same problem as me and the quality is there.

We ordered 2 items which both had to be returned at separate times, the 1st item money was returned straight away but the second item, the return was approved and we packaged and sent the item via your recommended tracked service via Royal Mail, We have proof of delivery to yourselves through Royal Mail but still have not received refund nearly a month later despite 2 emails to yourselves promising a response within 24 hrs. This is a very difficult site to negotiate with regards to refunds and returns and chat is only available for pre sales issues. This has put us off ever ordering again which a shame as the clothes seem nice quality.
4/3/22 After receiving the response from JJS via Trustpilot my Mum received a bank statement which shows the refunded money, however after the first dress was returned we had an email stating you had received it, this did not happen with the second item and therefore has caused this confusion and for that we apologise.
We did however send two emails through your messaging service and had no response, it seems you only reply to Trustpilot reviews ?.
In essence to us your products seem of good quality and quick delivery if a little undersized, let down to some extent by your after sales replies service which should be included in the Chat Now service and you would have a good overall product.
I have upgraded my 1 star to 3 stars in view of this.

It came very quickly and is very pretty! I was a little bit nervous to order a custom size in case it didn’t fit, so I decided to get a regular size so I could return it if I needed to. I took my measurements based on the chart they provide, so I bought a size two, but it was way too big. So I’m returning it and going a size down. The return process was pretty easy, it just sucks that shipping was so expensive and is not refundable, and you have to pay to return it. The fabric looks very nice, but it is very staticky and attracts dust and hair like crazy, so be careful where you put it. It did also have three little white marks on it when it came that I couldn’t get off, one on the front, one on the back and one on the inside (too small and randomly placed to be deodorant, plus I wasn’t wearing any when I tried it on).

All in all, I’ve had an ok experience. Customer service is great, and very fast at getting back to you. The quality of the dresses are great, but the sizing is completely off. I’ve had my bridesmaids measured, ordered the dresses they ‘should’ fit into, and all but 1 were way too big. I exchanged 3 for sizes 1-2 sizes smaller, and 1 dress came back what seems the exact same size as before. So going to have to buy a whole new dress as I have already exchanged once. The price is around what I would have probably spent anyway if I was to use a bridal store, but it’s just annoying to have to stress about it in the first place when the sizing should be more accurate. I’ll be happy in the end with my purchase, but I’ve spent probably £200 more than I wanted or intended to, because I don’t want 1 of my bridesmaids being uncomfortable in a dress that is 4 sizes too big for her.

I did not receive my product. It's pretty sad how excited I was to order from this site because of so many reviews but experience has been a nightmare.
I ordered on November 16, and item shipped November 26. Til this day, December 22, It hasn't left Hong Kong. And my intended event has passed. But I thought ok maybe, although too fancy, I can wear it for Christmas or New Years, but nope, still no movement of parcel.
I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions. And they just tell me to wait. In fact, I ordered with standard 5-8 day shipping, that was $49, to my location in Africa. (PS. Don't ship to Africa, it's clearly not in their range, stick to US or Europe). But unbeknownst to me, they changed it to 20-30 days shipping which is actually $7.
They offered a 30% refund for the value of the product + full shipping refund after multiple emails of insisting.
I accepted it thinking ok, the dress has to be here soon. Nope, still in Hong Kong.
Nevertheless. All I wanted was the dress, and did not get it.
They will do everything in there power not to give a full refund. Everything! DHL doesn't even know what to do. They keep directing me back to JJSHOUSE.
So unfortunately I won't experience the joy of other customers, I say shop at your own risk, if you're not shipping to US, EU or Asia.
And this morning they last replied, saying "sorry for the inconvenience we'll do better with time." And basically just leaving me with no further solutions.
Worst shopping experience ever!!!
UPDATE:
They refunded me in full, after long weeks of arguing my case. The package never came, til this day is still stuck in Hong Kong.
But again don't ship to Africa, they can't do that even though they say they can. Stick to US and Europe, Asia etc. Because of the full refund, I will give it 1 more star.
I definitely won't be shopping here regardless.

I ordered a dress in the wrong size. Since shipping only took 4 days I quickly re-ordered a size up. The second shipment took 12 days and arrived in the wrong color!! Instead of pink under the lace top like 1st dress (the color I wanted), the second dress was Ivory under the lace… Additionally, the second dress felt tighter and the size tag was mysteriously missing from the shipment. A seamstress confirmed that the second dress was the same size as the original one that I ordered. I had no alternative but to pay expedited alteration fees as we fly out to elope next week :( So much stress and $$ at the last minute!

The price was very reasonable and the dresses arrived in the mail within the time frame. However the dress for my 9 year old daughter couldn't fit over her head. I had my 5 year old and 7 year daughter try the dress and it couldn't fit over their heads either. Very disappointed that there was no zipper in the back. The zipper was on the side so had to get the dress altered in order to get it on my daughter.

The return policy is terrible. I paid $65.79 for shoes that I returned but only got a $33.80 refund. This was because of postage (both ways). Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have purchased the shoes.
After the company replied - they agreed to refund the original shipping cost (which is customary), I have changed my rating. I appreciate their effort for customer satisfaction.

I ordered four items and downloaded the App for my phone so that I could easily track delivery, however until the items left China there was no information. Also, I received a notice that one of the items was shipped separately, but the tracking information indicated that all were delivered together, although the item that was originally to be sent separately has not ever arrived. Luckily it was a small inexpensive item because I don't expect it will ever arrive. Tracking could be improved. Items were packed in a thin plastic bag and came in a battered coarse cardboard box. Otherwise the quality of the items was fine, but I was disappointed by the tracking and poor communications.
