Hi, Vitaly,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important it is to have access to your call history, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As part of our recent transition to the new version of the KeepCalling app, the call history from the previous version could not be transferred to the new system. Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover and add the old call records to the new app's call history. However, all new calls made through the updated app will appear normally in your call history going forward.
We understand your concerns and want to reassure you that this situation was the result of a one-time platform migration.
Regarding your calls, since you're using the app, please take into account that the quality of the calls relies on your WiFi or cellular data Internet connection and device settings as well.
Make sure:
-you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.
If you need further assistance, please fell free to contact us. Our Support team is available 24/7 for any other questions.
