I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with delays, especially when your item was intended for Mother’s Day, and I’m truly sorry for the disappointment caused. I can also appreciate how upsetting it is when an order doesn’t arrive and the resolution takes longer than expected. In cases where a parcel is still in transit, we are required to wait until it can be officially declared as lost before issuing a refund or replacement. I understand this can feel like a long and difficult process, and I’m very sorry for the back-and-forth you experienced during that time. We did also offer to send a free replacement with express shipping at no additional cost, so you could receive your item as quickly as possible. We completely understand and respect your decision to proceed with a refund instead. Regarding the complimentary gift, I’m really sorry it was delivered incorrectly and for the frustration this caused. As the refund had already been completed for the order, we were unfortunately unable to resend it, but I do understand how disappointing this must have felt.
