Andrea was really helpful with an issue…

Andrea was really helpful with an issue I was having with my cats using the water fountain. When we weren't able to resolve it, she was able to work out a partial refund. She was really helpful and made a stressful time less so.

The operating mechanism stopped working…

The operating mechanism stopped working after only a few months. It took multiple emails and a week to come to a resolution which forced me to get a second litter box for my cat. Hopefully the situs has been resolved, but it has been frustrating to say the least.

Olivia was great! Simple process for submitting warranty claim and able to receive new clippers, which I love and they work great!

partial refund

I opted for a partial refund because after paying about $150 to send back it didn't make sense to to send it back. Eliza was good at answering my questions and setting me up for the refund.

Great warranty on Onisall Vacuum Groomer

Enjoy using the Oneisall vacuum groomer. Such a nice quiet tool that does not scare my two doodles when it comes time to groom them myself was happy to discover that when I had an issue with a split in the hose that the 2 year warranty covered a replacement. Olivia shipped a replacement hose out to me right away. They stand behind their products and are quick to respond and helpful with any questions.

I bought 2 cat water fountains

I bought 2 cat water fountains, but one of thrm stopped working. I emailed customer service, and they resolved the issue immediately. I received a replacement a few days later. I'm glad to see the company take its business seriously, and I recommended them.

Great dog clippers for the price, great customer service

great dog clippers for the price, cut through my dog's thick, curly fur like butter. When I had a warranty claim, Sue from customer service was excellent, and sent me a replacement immediately and it arrived next day. Great customer service.

Fantastic Customer Service

I got an auto litter box with a faulty side motor. Emailed customer support and they were right on it. Sent me another, but it didn't have the app with it, which is what I originally got. They emailed me to ask if I got it, and I told them I originally got the one with the app. They sent me another with the app! This cat box is so nice and well made, but the customer service blew me away. You will love the litter box and with customer service like this, you will know that you will always be covered if anything goes wrong.

I have been using the Oneisall BM3 for my labradoodle and absolutely love it. I first started grooming my dog with oneisall clippers that I really loved however after switching to the vacuum clippers I found it way better for I don’t have the clipped hair all over myself and everywhere else. Best game changer ever. After using for some time I found the clipper teeth guard would just snap off and looked everywhere for a replacement and could not find them anywhere even on the oneisall site. I reach out to them and they sent me a replacement free of charge. My sister also has a labradoodle and I’ve thought of buying her the BM3 to groom her dog as well for it is so easy and my cat doesn’t mind being groomed either. I wish that they would sell the comb guards on their site for the BM3, for I would definitely buy extra in case I need them.

Positive customer service experience

I have several automatic cat products from oneisall (auto feeder, water fountain x2, auto litterbox), and they all work well and we're really happy with them. I bought a litterbox that kept getting stuck, so I reached out through their website and Andrea from customer service was excellent. She honored their warranty and helped me get a replacement without making me jump through hoops. Customer service is always a risk when trying out a new company, but I'm happy to say you can rely on these folks. The quality of their stuff is also very good. I'm impressed and can confidently recommend them!

Great customer service

Amazing customer service! Ordered the low vibration clippers to give a sanitary trim to my ragamuffin (FLUFFY) cat. FedEx dropped the package off at the wrong location. I reached out to Oneisall and they resent the clippers for me. The clipper set is awesome. You get a solid/heavy weight metal toothed comb, trimming scissors, and multiple trimming length attachments. We were able to get my cat's booty trimmed no problem. Thank you shoutout to Andrea at Oneisall for getting it resent quickly.

Oneisall is great!!

Andrea was very polite and pleasant to deal with. They took my issue seriously and quickly helped me. Oneisall products are the best and I will continue to use their products.

So I ordered the oneisall automatic…

So I ordered the oneisall automatic litter box it worked perfectly fine for the first three litters changes then it just stop working on me after i deep cleaned it. I made sure to check all the sensors to make sure they weren’t covered and nothing was being blocked and the litter box just stopped working. I contacted the company through tiktok and they advised me on the steps to take to make sure the product i received wasn’t defective. Unfortunately the item was. After email with the great customer care this business has they have resolved my issue. The warranty on said litter box is for 2 years which i think is absolutely amazing. Getting in contact with the company is a little time delayed depending on where you live but they make sure to keep communication and are consistent
