The interface is pretty simple and straightforward, payment is easy and secure, and bookings are hassle free and rather flexible. One of the best app. From sign up to put your request on the app is amazing. There is lot of options available from boarding, daycare and pet taxi. Perfect app for the Pet owners to find wide options of pet sitters. Highly recommended for Pet Owners.
Up to now Petbacker has not solved my issue. They did not even tried to negotiate, they keep asking to wait. My dog bite on the sitter’s furniture, we already offered to pay directly with the sitter but we want at least the non used amount back.
My dog was left with an unprepared sitter. My dog was upset and bite a small part of her door because she left the home and left my dog alone. Her profile said “your dog will not be left unattended”. I was traveling and stopped everything to help the sitter to remove my dog from her home because I understand the inconvenience of having a dog biting your door. I found another sitter from another platform but the Petbacker sitter refused to bring my dog to the new place. I do not know if my dog was mistreated, I have not received any refund because my dog stayed only 24 hours with petbacker sitter and the sitter was angry and decided not to send any pictures about my dog. Petbacker is not solving my issue. They reply was “we have no evidence your dog was mistreated”. Of course they have no evidence if they talked to the sitter. They have not given me any refund (booked 11 days and used 1 only) and they have not talked to the sitter about not sending me any updates for 24 hours. Please do not book any service. Contact me if you want to know more about the case before booking for your pet.
Petbacker does NO SCREENING AT ALL to the people who they accept to take care of your pet. My pet was frustrated and distressed with the sitter and was mistreated by the girl in Porto who was with her. I will make sure NO ONE will book with petbacker and won’t stop posting about it. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET with a company that allows anyone to be with your precious family member
If I could give a 0 star I would wast of time been looking for a pet taxis put a request in about 2 weeks with the date and time needed got nothing back when you inquire about it all you get be patient email them about 4 times and that's what I get back

What a waste of time. Literally no one replies as look like fake accounts. How can you have 5 reviews yet all the reviews were left on the same day? It seem’s to happen alot. Customer service just tell you to wait, then send a link of other boarders yet one was in glasgow i’m south east! Page looks fake, either fake profiles or old profiles that are dormant but they won’t delete them to make it look like a big community. Told customer service to delete all my information, which legally they have to and they just reply telling me to try do another search for a sitter. Not worth wasting your time on, looks like they delete negative comments on instagram also, whole things fake

Cat left with 'pet sitter' in West London who then LOST the cat and refuses to do anything to help or assist the owner with i formation that led to her pet being lost! Please be careful of the 'pet sitters' registered with this company, in particular a male pet sitter who lives in the Hammersmith and Fulham area. If you have to use this company, please avoid leaving your pet with the man who lives in White City, W12. He will openly let your cat out in an area it does not know and will lose your cat and wash his hands of the situation while you stress and panic about your pet being lost on the streets in an area they don't know for weeks in terrible weather.! Absolutely disgusting! He's extremely lucky it's not my cat that's all I'm going to say!!

I have recently started using Petbacker as a platform to find work as a dog walker, pet sitter , pet taxi driver and dog groomer. So far I am very impressed with the swiftness of the reply of customer support and professionalism when problems arise . I feel it is always good to use an efficient platform for insurance purposes and also for when problems arise and for safety purposes and also to provide potential customers with bonafide reviews . Customers like to see other user experiences with a pet carer and reviews are important and pet carers need to feel protected and Petbacker provides this protection
I have found PetBacker half a year ago and since that time I have met great people and cute pets 😍😻 When I cannot effort to have a cat by myself, me and my daughter have a great experience to enjoy cats company and earn for our own in future 😀 The fee for the service is a bit big but PetBacker also takes care about people who provide services also 👍
