The hair tangled had to be cut out.

The hair looked great at install, but 2 weeks after, the hair lost its curly pattern and tangled. Each day it got worse. Even with mousse or leave-in conditioner, nothing helped. It was so bad that my hairdresser had to cut it out. Very disappointed.

Can’t be real human hair

I got my hair done and it was beautiful! I had 3 bundles crochet water wave. I put it in thinking I would be able to wash and reuse. There is NO way this is human hair. I had to remove it because it tangled like it was plastic. I maintain styles well. Nothing helped this. The hair is way to expensive to be like this.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase from QVR Hair! The shipping time was exactly as stated—my order arrived right on schedule. The quality of the hair is excellent—super soft, vibrant in color, and with no odor at all. I ordered the reddish-brown shade, and it looks even more beautiful in person than I expected. Customer service was great too! They responded to my messages in a timely and professional manner. I also inquired about expedited shipping for future orders, and they were very helpful in explaining my options. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. I’ll definitely be ordering again from QVR Hair!

Very disappointed!!

Very disappointed! Over $400 just gone!!! Ordered Thursday evening, Friday 5:54 am, I get an email to confirm my order, then at 6 am, I get an email stating that the merchant cancelled my order. No email concerning a refund. No reply from customer service, and having a What's App for a contact should have been a red flag. But I was eyeing the hair for a few years, and thought hey it's worth a try......BUT IT'S NOT! I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Extremely Disappointed – Still No Order After more than a Month

I placed an order with QVR on August 29th, and as of today—over 25 days later—I still have not received my package or any meaningful updates. The website claims that hair ships within 3–5 business days, but that is completely false and misleading. My order (#00000192600) has been “processing for shipping” for weeks. Each time I reach out, I’m told it will be shipped “soon,” yet nothing changes. At this point, it’s hard not to feel like the company is scamming customers. QVR really needs to be honest about their shipping times or remove the false advertisement from their site. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Hair not in stock & delayed shipment

I ordered my salt/pepper crochet hair on September 10th. I have yet to receive it. The hair was never in stock. I reached out to QVR weekly seeking an expected date of arrival. They kept asking for more time, then coincidentally it ran into their National Holiday which is a whole week at the beginning of October. It’s October 9th and I still don’t have my merchandise. I cancelled my hair appointments due to I couldn’t get the hair installed. They not once tried to accommodate me by reducing the price.

I started buying QVR hair last year and…

I started buying QVR hair last year and I swear at that time the quality was outstanding. But recently I bought the small kinky curly crochet hair and it just like cheap fibers . From the day I installed it they did not have shape and they started tangling and mating. This is just not hair QVR got to do better. or ladies save your money. Do not spent a fortune for their hair

Not a great experience so far

I ordered a wig from qvr on 4th October 2025 and since then I have been bombarded with marketing text messages on a daily basis 🙃😐. I haven't even received the wig I ordered from them yet! And there is no OPTION to OPT OUT or RESPOND to the text messages. I have sent an email requesting that they STOP texting me those marketing messages which is clogging up my phone IT IS FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING. 😒 qvr, if you can see this PLEASE STOP!!! EDIT They've been in contact with me and stopped sending the marketing messages. Waiting for the hair I ordered to arrive and I'll come back to update my review.

I purchased hair from Qvr that was… scammed

I purchased hair from Qvr that was advertised as human hair. The advertisement indicated the hair could be shampooed and would last up to 1 year. I had this hair professionally installed. After 9 days I went to have it professionally shampooed. The hair tangled so bad it had to be cut from my head. They make you feel like you are saving a lot of money because of the quality. This hair is junk!

The quality does not match what was…

The quality does not match what was promised. After only 2 weeks, the hair became very stiff, the curls lost their definition even after washing, and I can no longer reuse it. Considering the high price, this is very disappointing. Despite following all the instructions provided on the website, the hair still became tangled and completely unmanageable. Before this, I used synthetic hair that cost only a quarter of the price, and I was able to maintain it for at least one month without any issue. Now I spent €270 on hair that did not even last 2 weeks.

Disgusting dishonest robbing company paid £248 for 2…

Disgusting company paid £248 for 2 packs of 3 colour mixed hair so should have received 6 packs in total only got sent 4 packs of hair 2 packs of lighter colour not sent Emailed and messaged company no response now opened a dispute to get money back Avoid this dishonest company who will take your money but not send products ordered and do not responses no customer care Theifs !!!!
