Where do I begin....I needed to replace some theatre seating (recliners) for my RV. As you may know RV furniture is pretty much junk and doesn't last long. I found 4 Seating online by accident and realized that their showroom was very close in LaHabra. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a the most valuable customer in the store. I worked with Manny who was genuinely interested in helping me find the right seating knowing I wanted something of quality and would fit in the RV space. Manny helped me measure and showed me that the seating I was interested in which was a true "wall hugger" and was made of real leather. We decided on one of the colors ( gray) which was in stock. They had many colors available, but some colors are custom and take up to 16 weeks to get. Here's where their customer excellence shines....I went in on a Monday and made the purchase and opted to pick up the items since it was so close to my home. On Tuesday morning I got a call from Regina who told they were ready for pick-up. A few moments later I also got a call from Manny telling me they were ready as well. I called and let them know I was on my way. When I arrived at the will call area I was promptly met and the employee promptly got a fork lift and we slid the seating right into my truck. Some more information you might find useful, They have seating for every budget. I purchased the "Monterey Cool Zero Grey Italian Leather" (row of 2). These seats do not have plywood and seem very sturdy and the leather seems like very good quality and are quite comfortable. The seating is very well packaged, easy to install and set up. it has all the theater seat bells and whistles ( cup holders, LED lighting small drop in trays in the arm rests, etc. As with any purchase of furniture, time will tell if they last but given the quality I've seen so far...I suspect they will. Given my experience with 4 seating I would highly recommend them!

我订了餐桌椅套装和沙发。到货挺及时的。但是，我收到了两个相同款式的餐桌椅长凳座位。跟Manny沟通过后，他立刻纠正了这个错误。目前来说，我对做工质量还挺满意的。时间会证明一切。这肯定比原厂装的那些垃圾好多了。
谁还需要安全带啊！！！！
我特意给2002款Chevrolet 1500订的座椅。这辆车有内置安全带。我打电话跟销售员说，他居然让我'随便搞个方案'。我告诉他这是我儿子的车，算了谢谢。钱是退了，但运费比座椅还贵。再也不从他们家买了！！！
保修条款一点都不灵活

给我们那辆A级房车买了2把船长椅，我以为那是皮质的。结果不是。真希望能直接知道，不用去他们网站上查皮革的定义。等了3个月才发货。去安装座椅，乘客座稍微调整一下螺栓就装上了，但驾驶座需要特殊支架，因为我们买的是6向调节电机。打电话问特殊底座，被告知要等8周。太离谱了。为什么下单后店里没人打电话来确认一下底座的事？要是早知道需要特殊底座，我当时就一起订了。8周是预计发货时间。我猜他们做的东西都来自中国。
买家小心！客服态度极差
省下你的钱，去一家售后有客服的公司买吧。我们买给展示卡车用的座椅，安装支架根本装不上。10月5日联系了公司，Meagan 保证会尽快安排人联系我们处理。但他们既没有专门的部门，也没有能解答和协助安装问题的人。我们被告知公司建议座椅要专业安装。但如果支架本身就没做好适配，那请专业安装师傅也没用。
只给一星，因为我没法……
只给一星，因为没法给零星。保修期刚过15天，我们船长椅的乙烯基材料就开始剥落了，他们却什么都不管。服务态度太差了。
彻底翻新
对我的40英尺房车进行了全面翻新，Shop4Seats太棒了。质量非常好，售后客户服务也很出色。他们在安装视频和信息方面响应很快。我对比过价格，价格不错，提供的产品看起来非常棒

BUYER BEWARE!!! My journey started in October 2021. I contacted Joseph by phone to get some information on purchasing a new couch for the living room in our motorhome. We had just purchased the motor home and wanted to make it our own. I gave the make, model, year, and serial number and Joseph quickly stated “This is the company we make our products for. It will be a direct fit”. He seemed to know the product and the company was located where I used to live. Thought it would be fine. He then asked if we needed anything else and gave the sells pitch for other items. I asked about a dinette that would match the couch and he stated “Yes. Direct Fit!” I asked about front captain seats and Joseph stated that “the Monument LX Fawn Ultimate Leather II captain chairs, YES! Another direct fit!” We decided to upgrade the order for the chairs and went with the extra accessories: power recline, high resilience foam up grade, deluxe seat heater, massage, power lumbar support, and the 7 spring seat frame bottoms. Total price for all items: $5164.93. We paid for the items and was advised that the couch was in and would be shipped. It arrived late October. We were than advised that the other ordered items would be available for shipping in 4 to 5 months. The couch was installed but it was not made for our motor home. As you sit in the couch your feet don’t touch the floor. My wife and I both are about 6 feet tall. The dinette set and captain chairs arrived in June of 2022. That same month, the dinette was installed and there were problems. Numerous cuts had to be made for the fit, no cutouts for the electrical plug, and the drawers had no keepers. By July they started working on the captain chairs and found many problems. The first problem was the height of the seat. The base was too low and the seats would not recline nor could you sit in the driver’s seat as it was too close to your body. Contacted Joseph and he stated that the electrical bases were on back order for 22 weeks. Why weren’t they ordered at the same time the seats were ordered. My question is *Exact fit for this make, model, and year??* Finally after 3 months and numerous calls to Shop4Seats from myself and the shop foreman doing the install, it was determined that the different size power bases would not allow the seats to recline or turn around or allow the driver to breathe as the steering wheel was tight on the stomach area. I was advised to talk to Richard, and he did very little to help stating that he would have the Vice-President of the company call me, but he never did. Finally Richard gave me the excuse that the items could not be returned as it was pass the 30 day return policy. 30 days from when. I have no idea what these seats will fit as they sit in my garage. No compensation from Shop4Seats even offered! This is from the website “outstanding customer service, Shop4Seats is a leader in the industry. We are proud of the work we do, and maintain a solid commitment to exceed expectations with each and every order.” DO NOT BELIEVE THIS! BUYER BEWARE!!
座椅检查时看着挺不错，但…
座椅外观看着还行，但装配件的人完全不懂自己在搞什么，2个滑轨装反了，1个装倒了，连滑轨的横拉杆都没装。这公司得招点懂行的人，质检也得加强。 希望座椅能用得住，组装质量比这配件强点！
做工廉价，没有DOT认证，客服态度极差。
我们去年十二月订了一款 Sprinter 厢式货车的沙发，叫 Princess，结果三月才到货。质量一般，垫子很薄，坐起来不太舒服。安全带是随车附送的，但需要另外固定在货车上。座椅很单薄，明显在碰撞中无法支撑 3 个人甚至 2 个人。问题是座椅并没有 DOT 认证，虽然网站上说是有的，而且我们多次致电 shop4seats 都没人接听。我们无法使用这个座椅，因为它通不过 DOT 检验。 对于 RV 座椅，我会选择另一家公司
