Recently had my website migrated to a new server and needed to add some new DNS records. Had problems doing this so called Vodien support. Spoke with Gedeon (I-26228411). Explained my problem, Gedeon quickly confirmed I was trying to add the information via domain level but needed to do this through Cpanel. Gedeon talked me through the path to find the information within cPanel. He also noticed another setting was missing and added for me as will as helping with login details. Issued resolved very quickly.

Access to my web page went down because of some form of internal changes within Vodien.
They then made some changes to rectify my web page access but minutes later deleted ALL of the associated data for my web page and although I can now access my web page, it is BLANK.
All they could say is "contact my web developer"
Contacting my web developer will cost me $$$ for something I did not break....Voiden broke it.
Even though there are no logs to show I made any changes or even logged into Vodien, they are saying that its now my problem and I have to contact my web developer to upload my web page again.
My web page was working 4 days ago, now NOTHING
TO VODIEN.....outsourcing to another country save a few dollars in wages will cost you millions in the long run.
I have referred this matter the Australian Telecommunications Ombudsman

Terrible terrible service. Had so many issues with them every since they got bought over. An urgent site migration and transfer of ownership that is supposed to take 2 days became 1 month. And site ranking is very poor because they would host scammy and bad sites together with your corporate site. They would also make fake promises on call back, email of forms and never deliver. You can chase continuously for days just to get a form from them that is supposed to be downloaded from their website but had 404 error. And best cannot login to retrieve customer ID. They should just close down instead of cheating customer of their money. My clients are all pulling out as they cannot solve the problems even after weeks. We want to transfer out and are stuck as their ticketing and support system is non-existent. Their agent will put you on hold forever and don't talk because they have no solutions.
23 July 2026: I have reply to Vodien at their reviews email to ask them what account details and info they need. Lets see how long they take to reply. And today just receive new info that Vodien need from us again for the site ownership transfer. Always asking for new info even though the information are already in the form that we submitted from the very beginning. They can't seem to just consolidate and give you at one go what information they need and have to kept asking. Its simply ridiculous.
