Hi Janie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration, and we understand how disappointing this situation has felt. After reviewing your account, our records show that you did start communication with your coach and even set a few different start dates as your schedule allowed. That whole time your coach was still uploading custom plans for you based off of your questionnaire you submitted when you signed up. These services are part of the program cost and are non-refundable per the agreement at the time of purchase. However, we also understand that your schedule changed unexpectedly, and because of that our Resolution Team offered a $2,000 goodwill refund, which you accepted. While this partial refund went beyond what is outlined in our policy, it was offered in an effort to meet you halfway and provide some relief given your circumstances. We truly regret that your experience did not align with your expectations and that you felt rushed during the purchase process. Your feedback is valuable, and we will use it internally to continue improving the program.
