Bought a scooter through alibaba.com with a company called Changzhou Victory Machinery Co., Ltd.and comunicated with Devo Zha......the red light should have been a difficult start with him.....I insisted being sent a list of specifcations and a picture.....What was sent was completely diff. and he said this was upgrades and I didnt ask for the them....Alibaba DID successfully fight my case for me but this was soo bad I feel they should not be allowed to trade on Alibaba....Overall this is a shame as the scooter is very good but not what I paid for

The product I ordered was sent and is very good. The reason I gave 2 stars was the transit map showed, my product came to Sydney Airport described as (Botany). But then it was sent over to the USA West coast with the same name as the capital city of Queensland. The map then showed is went into the middle of the USA to a town with the same name as my home town. But all the while it was actually still in Australia and heading North to my home town. Then the local courier company said it went to my address, but no one was at home. But I was. What a big stuff up with maps and dishonest courier drivers.
The machine didn't work when I received it. I sent them a message and they responded quickly. She asked me to take the control panel apart ( I was scared to do it) and asked me to put wires on a silver thing. I got shocked, by the machine. They were really nice and said they were going to ship me a new control panel. My order was also missing several items. She said she would send the missing items as well. Again they were very nice, but I didn't like that she forced me to open a control panel and I got shocked. Im upset bc I am losing money bc I don't have a working machine. They didn't offer any discounts or free items to accommodate me at all. I wanted to order more lights from them, but not sure I should order anything else. My machine also has a huge spot on it like it was used. I am very disappointed right now.

U can't get full refund even though u didn't do anything wrong. There has a lot fake seller there, after u pay they never ship out or give u a fake tracking number. Even though u can refund back the money from Alibaba, Alibaba is charging a fee which is 2.9% of your total is never can refund it back. Means u pay penalty for those fake buyers.
I've purchased and was about to purchase when sellers come back and want more money. There descriptions are poor, specifications are poor and items that require any type of install or start up are lacking any real help including manuals.
I have been ordering for over a decade from eBay and I must say that Alibaba doesn't come close to those standards! Even last week I made an order for a Toyota Hilux upgrade kit on Alibaba and paid in full the sale price of goods and shipping rate stated in the supplier's page only to be told by the supplier that it was NOT the actual product price or shipping charges! So essentially it was FAKE! In over 15 years of buying off Amazon and eBay, this sort of fraud has never happened with them! I will never attempt to buy from Alibaba again!
The supplier is good and product is good, but the platform not really user friendly, for payment wise is more worse, I tried 4th or 5 times to get payment go through. Also few days ago ,my credit card got spammed , not sure my credit card information got leaked from your platform.
