Delivery, quality & service good. The product seem to be the wrong ones from your pictures shown.
Great quality and decent communication but promised time frame was delayed and then my product got stuck with the local tax authority. It took nearly a week to get through to the rep of this ribbon company and to receive the necessary documentation to free the product and receive it. It cost me an extra $200 as a result of this delay and poor communication. Could be a one of thing but it was very frustrating.

Not enough information on the logistics. They canceled my order suddenly because they need to change the logistics. They couldn't send my order because there are restrictions with the battery and charged the fee of the transaction. It was an unfair, abnormal situation.
Alibaba is good but the problem is seller They send you faulty item than you need a solution for the problem seller will agree to return the items than you have to pay for return and than seller accept the problem or no so you decide to keep them because if you return and pay lots of money for shipping it will be same and you can't get money from seller And alibaba look after sellers not buyers I finally they will close the case because you didn't send the item back Not really nice
I’ve had good experiences sourcing from Alibaba but I need to warn people to be careful and what to expect. I come to find that a lot of the Chinese suppliers (even ones in business for years with plenty of experience backing their reliability) can be extremely unreliable and shady. 1. It’s difficult to communication with Chinese suppliers so you have to be patient with them and repeat the same questions numerous times. This is fine as language barrier is normal. 2. Some of them they think know better than you and offer advice. While the supplier could mean well, sometimes they’re just lazy and want to do things their way to make their job easier instead of getting what you want. In my case, I asked for a specific type of print and a particular finish. The supplier I spoke to was constantly making excuses saying they don’t recommend certain prints and finishes when I already know my product is extremely well-branded so I know what to look out for. The fact that these suppliers sell mediocre and low-quality products on Amazon then think they could give me branding/packaging advice is just ridiculous. On the other hand, I worked with another supplier for a similar product and not once did they lecture me on what’s “recommended”. 3. Some suppliers have ridiculous compensation conditions. I received 20 units out of 700 that had a misprinted box on them. The supplier simply told me to omit selling the wrong boxes and they will give me the correct boxes “the next time I order”. They made a mistake and was under the assumption I’ll order with them again so they could “correct” the problem instead of just providing a small partial refund. This doesn’t inspire confident on new clients/customers. How can you mess up and then offer the correct package on the customer’s “next” order? What makes you think they’ll order from you again? 4. Some suppliers send you amazing samples that are just perfect then end up screwing up the entire order you make costing you a lot of time, money and stress. I know it’s probably hard to vet suppliers as a lot of what I mentioned above is only experienced when you start working with a specific supplier. Overall, I’d say be careful because as said again, some of these factories are lazy even if you spend top dollar for a higher quality product. I’ve witnessed it over and over again not just for myself, but for other people I know too. Lastly, pay everything through Alibaba and don't contact suppliers outside of Alibaba even if they ask you to. If anything were to happen to your money or your order, I doubt Alibaba will take any evidence outside of the platform so I don't recommend communicating outside their platform.
I have used Alibaba for last 3-4 years. It was very good. Even for the supplier I have find myself, I will ask them to use the Ali site with the Ali-Assurance - I thought it is a very helpful mechanism to prevent the most common problem in trading with Chinese suppliers (excellent and fraudster co-mingle in the same town - and it is so hard to distinguish one from another, even for the insider). But my last transaction fall in crack - Ali removed Ali-Assurance and unfreezed the fund as the shipment still wait for the berth near the port. For over a year, it appears Ali has no knowledge on the global shipping delay at all. That renders the Ali-Assurance not as effective as it advertise - buy be aware!
Avoid buying any electronic items. They work brilliant for few weeks then go bust. Garments size never matched European size. Too small or bit larger. When in dispute Alibaba arbitrator make decisions in favour of seller. Smart watches should be renamed as stupid watches. Inaccurate readings. You have been warned.
This is a review about the Alibaba platform in general. There are some great printers on here but there are also some fraudulent printers who pirate your files without any feeling of guilt at all. Alibaba knows the complaints. They make it difficult to report them. They also know about my past history with one printing company in particular who missed deadlines and broke contract. They allowed them to do it without any penalty at all. To be honest the kind of mischief this printer was up to deserved to be thrown off this platform a long time ago. Yet Alibaba lets them continue on here. The comapny called Shenzhen Yahong Color Printing Co., Ltd sold my files as their own without permission to a company in the US called Too Good Gourmet who in turn sold the pirated product to TJMAXX/Homegoods. They even went so far as to go to my personal website and copy material from it to make a book for their customer. All parties involved Too Good Gourmet and Homegoods have apologized for this unintentional IP theft. Joey Hwang and her cohorts at Shenzhen Yahong Color Printing Co., Ltd feel no obligation to make things right despite making money off my artwork and website material. They finally stop advertising my images after being sent a cease and desist request. Alibaba continues to aide and remain silent about their continued wrong doing. If they would of thrown them off this platform after my initial dispute none of this chaos would of happened. Now they have a few more companies who distrust this platform. Not all merchants are like this . Alibaba needs to be held accountable for their continued allowance of such merchants on their platform.
Alibaba should make it easier to resolve warranty claims after the end of their traded assurance (30 days after receiving a product). I am having a bad experience with Rosen Solar, where they are insisting that there is nothing wrong with a battery I purchased, even when I provide evidence, they rudely tell me I'm doing it wrong, never offering information on how to test correctly. Terrible aftersales service, and Alibaba should hold its suppliers to a higher standard. Alibaba do not make it easy to resolve issues.
Ordered a necklace that was one inch shorter than the description. The buyer refused to resolve it. My experience with Alibaba is that they do not resolve problems either because of the language deficit or they do not have the staff. Not too happy with that particular order even though they were well made.
Alibaba can be a cumbersome site to use when researching and communicating with overseas suppliers. The sign-on, sign-in process does not instill confidence. The site is slow and overly complicated. However it remains the single best tool available so I continue to use it. It should be noted that if there was an alternative method to connect with overseas suppliers and manufacturers, I'd use it instead of Alibaba. Alibaba does now facilitate shipping, and I have had good results with that. While somewhat expensive, it's important to remember how far the goods are moving. I received one shipment in just 7 days, during Christmas rush season. Alibaba carrier China - Chicago, UPS from there.
I have used Alibaba in the passed and had really great experiences. However, the shipping cost is to high and the time it takes to receive your product is extremely to long. The products that I have received from the sellers on Alibaba are up to standards their has been no real issues I have been pleased with the merchandise so far.
This was my first purchase through Alibaba.com. The vendor sent me a link that I could not access through the account. The vendor was very helpful through this process - Alibaba.com did not respond to my request for assistance. I ended up deleting the alibaba app which helped. I think the issue I had is resolved and I do intend to continue to use the Alibaba.com platform, however, I do recommend to alibaba to increase its customer service efforts towards first time users. Had it not been for the fantastic support of the vendor, I would have canceled this order and walked away from Alibaba.com.

The seller was wonderful. Alibaba is a little bit confusing. The item we ordered got hung up for a time in US customs and I do not like how the Alibaba website then automatically marks the item as received before it was even released from customs. I was able to extend the shipping time once only, then when that time is up, automatically marks it as received.
