预订了航班，收到了确认。 几小时后钱被退款，然后收到消息说钱从未到账，预订被取消了。

简直是垃圾

完全是垃圾。 遇到票务问题后我们试图联系他们。根本联系不上！只能通过WhatsApp，那里全是自动AI回复。客服完全没有理解能力，你问东他们答西。 更离谱的是他们连邮箱都没有。他们只有一个1000字符限制的在线表单。都21世纪了还活在石器时代。

这明显是骗局

这明显是骗局——我本来要在SAS官网订机票，但Google把我引到了这个网站（我觉得Google也是帮凶），网站用的是SAS的配色和北欧风格的图片。——但我直到订完才发现，通过SAS预订应有的保障全没了，而且可能还不含随身行李——SAS的预订是包含的——大错特错！——不知道该怎么办了。——这提醒我上网做事要小心。这家公司的商业模式明显就是针对我这样粗心的人——他们可能是合法公司，但这做法不诚实，我觉得Google也难辞其咎。——看到很多人犯了同样的错误。

不惜一切代价避开这家骗子公司

无论如何都要避开这个骗子公司——6个月了还没退款！！！ 2月2日订了1张票，以为自己在Wizz Airlines官网（我的错，但网站长得太像了）。 立刻取消，本该退款。 现在7月23日，还没退款，他们推说航空公司还没给钱。 猜猜怎么着，直接通过航司官网订更便宜。 骗子公司，毫无价值。 避开避开避开避开 3月1日到4月1日eSky的回复： 您好，我们收到航空公司的退款后会立即处理。所有退款按先到先得原则处理，请耐心等待。 查看之前的评论： 我已经留过评论并且会…… 我已经留过评论并且会继续留，直到ESky还我钱。他们一直说在处理我的案子，说了6个月了。 这公司纯粹是骗局！！！！避开避开避开

Esky.eu 是个大骗子公司

我想直接通过Sky Express预订。Google搜索时出现了Esky，我误以为是航司官网。订了票几小时后才发现价格涨了100欧元。如果直接订会便宜很多。联系Esky客服，他们拒绝取消不到12小时的订单，也拒绝退款。没人应该通过Esky预订，这是个骗子公司，远离他们。我犯了大错，提醒大家小心这家公司。

我再也不会用 Esky 的服务了…

I will never use esky services again in my life and I absolutely do not recommend them to others - a scam company. Three months ago I bought plane tickets for 2 people through esky. The tickets cost 400 euros, and during payment, without my consent, esky deducted another 80 euros plus "administrative" fees from my bank card. Immediately after such an illegal calculation of funds, I contacted esky and my bank, demanding to cancel the order, but esky delayed the answer until they sent me electronic plane tickets, as if they could no longer be canceled... Then I demanded that they return to me at least their illegally deducted "commissions" - "administrative fees". It took three months of desperate correspondence with esky, as if esky was looking into my complaint. In the end, it turned out that the airline I bought the tickets for canceled the route and refunded the money for the tickets. Then esky refunded me only for the tickets, but did not refund my overpaid "administration" fees, calling it "normal practice". My "normal practice" with decent intermediaries is 5-10 eur administration fees when buying plane tickets, but certainly not 80 eur. Is there anywhere else in the world such a predatory company that considers 30% as "normal practice". "commission" from plane ticket prices for their resale? Decide for yourself what such "services" are worth and the inability to resolve the refund issue within 3 months. Next day after sharing review in Trustpilot, esky answer: 'The refund amount does not cover the entire booking, only the cost of the ticket and related airport charges. The service fee and other products or services purchased together with the ticket are not refundable, following the accepted Website Regulations. The service fee applies to the use of our flight search engine and booking system, as well as all other options that are described in the above-mentioned Regulations. Please be advised that all charges were visible on the airline website while making booking.' - it were NOT VISIBLE while making booking!!! Shame on you!!!

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST - STILL NO REFUND AFTER 4 MONTHS!!! Booked 3 tickets on 11/11, thinking I was on Aegean Airlines website (my fault, but website looks so much identical). Immediately cancelled and am supposed to get reimbursed +800 EUR. We're on 30/12, still no reimbursement, they pretend the airline has the money. And guess what, when booking directly through the airline website, it's cheaper. SCAM COMPANY, ZERO ADDED VALUE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVO On 31/12, reply from eSky (from Magda): Hi, We will process your refund as soon as we receive it from the airline. All refunds are processed on a first come first served basis, so please be patient. Best regards, Magda When I check previous reviews: I have left previous reviews and will… I have left previous reviews and will continue to do so until ESky return my money ie over £700. They constantly say they are working on my case and have been saying this for 9 months now. Their lates response to me ( below) on here is not helpful.... nothing is getting done. Reply from eSky Travel An hour ago Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are currently reviewing your notification. We will get back to you. Kind regards, Magda. Date of experience: 05 February 2024 A representative called me beginning of January saying the reimbursement was ready to be made. 6 weeks later, still nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A PURE SCAM!!!! 航班被取消 - 6个月了还没退款

取消的航班——6个月后仍未确定退款日期 AR1290航班（2024年5月9日10:20）被取消，我们不得不通过其他方式重新安排返回欧洲（当天取消了预订：5790058598和2802991137）。 在要求退款6个月后，我们仍然没有收到任何款项。 他们会告诉你他们正在向航空公司申请退款，正在等待回复，以及其他借口。不幸的是，真相是他们的客户服务非常糟糕。他们只是浪费你的时间，不主动跟进你的问题，让你一直悬着直到你放弃（这是6个月后写的）。 我很遗憾地说，我们唯一的解决方案是永远不要再通过这个网站购买。 ___ 更新（2024年11月20日）：航空公司的客服说他们已经向代理方发出了退款。此外，我有朋友直接从航空公司购买机票，他们已经收到了退款。让我们看看Esky现在会有什么借口... :/

展示得很清楚，不过我建议加个提示，提醒顾客回答所有问题，否则预订无法完成。

我订 ESKY 是个巨大的错误…

我在 ESKY 订机票真是犯了个大错。我的航班是 Breeze airlines 的，因为飓风被取消了。我收到了 Breeze 的邮件，说 ESKY 已经全额退回了机票钱。但 ESKY 一直没联系我，也没给我退款。我打电话过去，跟一个听起来像土耳其口音的男人聊，他的耳机坏了。他反复跟我说，ESKY 收到钱就会给我退款。我有他们收到钱的证据，但我还没收到。

我想分享一下我通过[平台]预订机票的经历。完成预订流程并收到确认信息后，我没有收到预期的PDF格式机票详情。我检查了我的邮箱，包括垃圾邮件文件夹，但找不到。

完全垃圾的公司，愚蠢的…

完全垃圾的公司，服务蠢爆了。他们无理由拒绝帮我改签航班（订单号5834781066）。航空公司本身（土耳其航空）如果直接从他们那买票是可以改签的，但我通过eSKY预订的，所以航空公司让我找eSKY，结果eSKY显然也帮不上忙。
