Battery repair

Battery repair I recently had a problem with my battery, but Growatt support sent their engineer, Jianye, out within a day to replace it. Great service from him as he was highly professional and recommended improvements that could be made to my current solar setup to address the lack of generation on some of my solar panels.

Very good response

Very good response. They came literally the next morning and fixed our system. The engineer was in contact the whole time. Excellent .

Great job at HCRFC

Lingxuan did a great job getting 2nd stack of batteries working (as they had gone completely flat from first install). Updated all firmware and replaced a damaged BMS comms port too.

Pleased with our Growatt devices and their service

We have Growatt devices for our solar panels and use the app to help us manage charging our EV car efficiently. This gives us almost real time data and helps guide us on our energy usage and solar generation. I had an issue when we changed our Internet provider and had to contact customer services they were very helpful providing a number of different solutions, which unfortunately didn't work for us. I am now waiting for a new part which is being posted out without charge. Hopefully this will solve our issue and reconnect us to our app and the data. The internet issue isn't linked to the system at all, the system, solar generation and putting energy back into the grid is all still working. I would recommend Growatt and it's products

Very quick indeed

Efficient online help for inverter problem.

My inverter developed an issue 2 and a half years after installation, the installer was absolutely awful, so I contacted Growatt by email. Growatt very efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issue over the web and using WhatsApp at no cost. Great service, very pleased. Thank you.

Still no use just a cal asking the issue still didnt did anything their enguneers beg us that they are new no process ni intention to solve the issue just a formal interaction this is what your indian team does blaming the dealer the dealer is calling your product that what do expect from a chinese product other than this no help at all just cheated us of 2.5 lakhs around

Warranty Replacement claim

Warranty Replacement claim for Solar Inverter 3000s : 2606221938988 Even after raising the replacement warranty claim (2606221938988), I have not received any further update from Service Head - Ahmedabad support team. I also contacted the 3S support team, who generally create support tickets for Growatt. One of the team member insisted me to to pack up my inverter and I will recieve the replacement in few days. ( Packing is done from last 7 days) However, they do not have any proper communication channel to follow up with Growatt regarding the status of my claim. Additionally, I have tried reaching out to Growatt Support as well as the Service Head (West), but unfortunately, my request is not being treated with the urgency it deserves, and I have not received any meaningful response and his whatsapp mobile always turns offline thoughout the day. This prolonged delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience for the past 20 days. I request that my warranty replacement claim be reviewed immediately and that I be provided with a clear update on its current status and the expected resolution timeline.

No reply from Customer Services

Can’t currently get a reply from customer services about reconnecting the app after WiFi change, you think it’d be an easy fix Had initial reply and that’s it nothing heard for a month, have tried messaging for an update

I had an issue when changing my WiFi

I had an issue when changing my WiFi, getting my ShinePhone app to communicate with Growatt system. I phoned Mo in Kent and he was able to talk me through what I had to do via WhatsApp video link and I was able to sort out my mistakes with his very welcome help. He was kind and very patient with me and helpful in resolving my problem. Thankyou again Mo

Faulty inverter and no response to warranty claim

Update: I managed to get in contact with growatt after a long time and finally recieved a new inverter on warranty, more than 40 days after i sent the first mail. I purchased a Growatt SPH10000TL3 inverter in September 2023. The inverter has developed a fault and is no longer operating correctly. I contacted Growatt to submit a warranty claim and request technical assistance. Despite waiting for a long period of time and sending multiple follow-up emails, I have still not received any response. I understand that hardware failures can happen with any manufacturer. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication and support when a customer tries to make a warranty claim. Growatt advertises a 10-year warranty, but that warranty is not worth anything when the company doesn't respond. VERY disappointing after-sales service and customer support.

Efficient service

Efficient service. Arrived when said. Repairs done, faulty battery replaced and repair explained - done with no fuss. Just what was required from Growatt.

Customer Service not responding to replacement claim

My inverter MIC 3000TL-X stopped working, so raised a replacement claim both through website and What's app as suggested through automatic email reply. Haven't heard back from anyone, now 1 month has gone by.. Products might be good (I don't really know), but customer service so far is non-existing.

Zero customer service

I have two Growatt SPF3000TL LVM-ES 3kW inverters operating in Split Phase> One inverter failed more than a month ago. I have made numerous attempts to contact Growatt for customer service. My emails are referred to their website in the PRC where they are ignored. I will now replace the Growatt Inverters with products that the manufacturer supports. This company has zero customer service. Hard lesson learned

I have an inverter of 5 years old

I have an inverter of 5 years old, showing an error. I have been contacting support as I have a 10 year warranty on the device. Already I created 3 different tickets over a month now and NOTHING is happening. I get a single reaction but I still have no way to actually execute my warranty. Customer support is basically non-existent. Stay away from this Chinese crap and buy something proper.

Worst system iv installed

Iv installed various solar systems and have to say this is one of the worst to set up. Nothing but issues contacted tech support told me to email tech support but you are tech support so sort it. Staff not trained properly. Having to get a fellow installer to come down and sort which will now cost me money. He did say throw away the instructions. Stay away from growatt if you want an easy life. This has been going on for 2 weeks with various visits.
