Very disappointing experience. I placed an order for digital vouchers and had to go through identity verification which had taken up to 2 hours to complete , which delayed my order. After finally receiving my voucher, the code appeared to be invalid and could not be redeemed I had also contacted the team the same hour I found out .
I immediately contacted customer support and requested either a replacement or a refund. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but for a high-value order I expected a much smoother experience and a faster resolution.

I have never heard of a company that doesn’t give refunds. But, this company don’t! So, if you put money in for store credit, make sure that ur going to use it on the website. Because, they WILL NOT refund ur money. Very bad for business! This site sux!!!!!!

If i could give this a negative rating I would. The lack of communication and transparency with this company is absurd. From a customer who has literally spent thousands of dollars with no issues the one time I have an issue with an order I get stone walled and receive silence after asking for either compensation or a refund. Congratulations you have lost a customer now. Don't go with these scammers they are happy to take your money but if you ever dare ask for help or a refund you will receive nothing but silence. Purchased $400 USD worth of Nexon Game Cards but the codes were all invalid. I immediately escalated the issue and received a response within 72 hours but heard nothing since. Invalid Gift Card Issue - Poor Response from Offgamers - Resolution time is too LONG!
On the 28th June 2026 I purchased a 500USDT gift card. The code delivered to me was invalid. I created a ticket that same day and showed evidence to OffGamers support. A representative responded via email acknowledging receipt of my issue/ticket and stated that this will be resolved within 72 hours and that no further action from my side is needed.
A week later, today, on the 4th July 2026, this ticket still has not been resolved. I continuously have to contact them via the live chat because my emails are being ignored.
Their response via the live chat is that they are escalating it to the "relevant team" and a response to my ticket will be provided once there is progress. Why is it that this issue is taking so long to be resolved? If they do need to contact the supplier of the gift card, why is that taking so long? This seems pretty fishy to me that a simple issue like this one cannot be resolved within a couple of days. It's been an entire week!
I urge you to be cautious when puchasing from OffGamers, because on one random day you may get an invalid code for a gift card and you will most likely get to same sort of run-around response from them.
And more than likely you will lose your money. This is absolutely ridiculous on OffGamer's part.

Support replies with automated messages that they cant check codes ...... Why would they need to check a gift card for their own website that they made??? When expiration date is so obvious...
